I had a canvas print done using the Jessops program download all worked fine, although you do need a bit of time to get used to it. Only one problem I had was ,it was delivered to the store no problem but I was supposed to have 2 emails, one to say it’s been dispatched, this i had, and one to say it’s ready for collection, didn’t get that one. But I called in on the off chance and it was there. Anyway what I got from the staff made up for not getting the email, they went out of their way to show me other products and then to help me with another print a few days later in the store with their screens, some would say it’s their job, but it’s how they go about it that matters. Will I go back? You better believe I will.

Good quality photos on good photo paper, but there was a very slight tinge to the colour, and I would have liked a semi-classique or matt option, which - if they have one - was not advertised on the site.
I would never order a canvas from anywhere else. I have had a few now and all fantastic quality, regarding what size you have. My lastest order was for a gift and she was extremely pleased with it. Great value for money and also great offers!

Excellent flexible photobook editing software. Photobooks come out great as i can personalise most things. Only downside it's a tad expensive in comparison to others. Good service.

Easy website to navigate- instructions crystal clear - the preview idea is great as it gives you a snapshot of what your finished product will look like. Also liked the notification about the photo you was uploading was poor adequate or good.
Ordered a 174 page book of a recent holiday to Tanzania. The order process took over 2 hours because of the number of photos. However I had my book delivered to my local shop within 5 days and the finished result was superb. Even better I had a discount when ordering due to a promotion!
I took some lovely photos of landscapes in Scotland and wanted good quality prints with the lovely colours truly represented. The photo book I made didn't disappoint - I was very pleased with the quality.

UsedJessops to get a photo printed and mounted in a frame. This was a present for my Mums birthday and and she was over the moon with it. The site was easy to use, the frame was a very good quality and a reasonable price. The photo looks amazing printed in a larger size and as you can choose the mount and frame online it arrives already put together and looks professional. Very pleased with it.
