I have been trying to think of a constructive way to say my experience of JB Heating services and I can't come up with one. My boiler was serviced by them, but I had issues with it afterwards which they failed to fix and I had to get someone else to sort it out. I find them both difficult and argumentative to deal with. I now go elsewhere
JB heating did a fantastic job. There was a few hiccups, the 15mm copper gas pipe needed to be changed to 22mm and floorboards needed to be removed to fit a new condensate pipe, but the engineers solved the problems quickly and efficiently. The guys from Rossendale Roofcare on the other hand, who came to fit the new flue and do some repairs on the roof are not very efficient, I am still waiting for them to come back and finish the job. Thanks Jonathan and the guys from JB heating for a great job!
Completed to satisfactory standard apart from filling old flue cavity. Not done due to horrendous weather conditions which was understandable. Pleasant and friendly staff all round. Addendum. All work now completed and very good communication throughout the entire process. Excellent.
From polite telephone calls quick responses with quotes and bookings, the job was completed at the time and date set. Outcome with boiler fitting was perfect as it runs fantastic would definitely use again if any problem occurred at my home. Thank you, kind regards Paul.
