We had a leak in our central heating system under our ground floor which meant we had no hot water or heating a week before Christmas. JB Heating Services came out on an emergency call out to restore hot water before booking in a team to locate the leak a few days later. The team worked really efficiently and carefully - locating the leak with the absolute minimum of opening up walls/ floors. Really impressed!

Very pleased with the installation of our new oil boiler. The quote was done over the phone & pictures which made me a little hesitant however I didn’t need to be. John was the only one of our 4 quotes who was willing to work with me on price offering alternatives to get to my planned budget which I really appreciated and secured him the job! Shaun and his apprentice were always here early and cracked on to get the job completed in 3 days. We bought the new nest gen 3 and it wasn’t quite set up right on the last day ( I think it may have been new to them) leaving us no hot water. I emailed over and had a reply swiftly from john to let us know what to do and we were all sorted. The guys were very tidy considering the job was quite big and messy and put everything back as it should be. Very happy would certainly use again/recommend and have booked them back for a tank sensor installed.

Sent me plenty of information about the boiler I was interested in. Gave me plenty of choice in boilers and prices. Took time out to talk through my concerns. Guys who fitted were polite, and respectful. Would definitely reccomend.
They came to fix my boiler which they said was a switch valve they changed that and that was not what needed changing. Then didnt bother to phone me to tell me. That was left up to my tenant to tell me it wasn't fixed and could be the circuit board.i didnt get them to change that. And they charged me over 300 pounds for the pleasure off not fixing anything. Avoid at all cost is my advice. I put 1 star because it doesnt give you the choice off no stars

Can not recommend enough. They go above and beyond to fix whatever is wrong. They also have worked at my 90 year old mothers and she was totally impressed with their patience and professionalism and she could not believe the good price that they gave her. Highly recommended.
