Very poor service . They came to mend a flush on a toilet . 5 weeks later it’s still not resolved . First plumber made an unnecessary hole in our ensuite . He came and went twice and still came back with the wrong part . Weeks later a second plumber came , he couldn’t fix it so left saying we were being charged by the hour so he had better leave . We then received a bill for £500.00 . The first plumber came back a week later and fixed the toilet but not the hole in the wall . Two further plumbers came a week later , they have fixed the hole with tiles that don’t match and dark grey grout when ours is pale grey . The owner is now saying he won’t change the tiles but he will change the grout which is not acceptable as there was no need to make the hole to repair the toilet. Dreadful service . Still not resolved would not recommend this company .

JB Heating Services were professional and efficient from the off. Professional and polite phone manner, pictures sent via email and replied to within 20 minutes. Boiler chosen (at a very good price) and date for installation given for a date the following week. Installers arrived and were friendly, polite and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Great prompt service
Very good service, rang and asked if they could arrive earlier than the booked time. Whilst servicing the boiler we asked if he could check our gas fire, he quickly identified the problem and did not charge any extra for this.
Kept to the appoinment time. The engineer new his job and left me wirh warm radiaters, Good job!

Pleasant young man, but he was unable to fix the boiler....said a part was defective. We have since called an expert in cooker-boilers (Sandyford boiler), who is actually in retirement. He doesn't think that there is a defective part and is talking to the manufacturer to pinpoint the right procedure to decommission the boiler leaving us with an operating cooker.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Booked in for a service during where they found the start of a serious issue with the boiler. They sorted the parts and repair within 24 hours and at a great price. I would recommend and will use them again in future.
