Excellent service and after care
I requested a quote for the decommission of an electric shower and installation of a boiler-fed mixer shower. From initial contact from JB Heating Services to the guys actually arriving and finishing the job was 7 days. That in my opinion is a very fast response and install. The guys who visited were courteous and friendly. Considering the job involved drilling through high-gloss tiles and the wall they are on, there was absolutely no damage afterwards. There was no mess left behind, and they even took away the box my shower had arrived in. Highly recommended company.

I received a phone call giving me a two hour window but the engineer actually turned up late. He then left again to get a part for another 20mins despite the fact that I had already explained on the phone what I wanted doing and he came in a van. I suppose I just expected him to be prepared for the job. Even though I have criticised this I have to say he was polite and he did do the job, all is in good working condition and had no trouble so far and that is way I have given 4 stars.
This company did an excellent job of work for us.I would recommend them and would certainly my use them again. Trust them.

Young man came well within time expected, wore a mask, did the job very efficiently and with no mess. He gave us information about a further issue, and said would get a quote sent out ASAP. We did not feel pressured at any time and the heating is 100% better. Very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone with heating probs.

My boiler broke down with water leaking from it and therefore I had no hot water or heating at the property. The Gas Engineer arrived to the property within the hour, he knew instantly what was wrong and fixed the issue within a few hours. I got immediate and excellent service and would be very happy to recommend him to my family and friends.
Call out to change inline filter from oil tank as had issues with boiler cutting out in sub zero temps with presumably grot and water in filter as pouring boiling water on sorted issue at the time. No diagnosis required aa I knew what the issue was and I thought the filter should have been changed when it was serviced 8 weeks previously. Plus had to wait nearly a week for callout. Having done some reading up since, engineer should check for water / debris in oil tank and advise accordingly at time of service ... they fitted the new boiler only 14m previously and I would have thought that was the time to check the whole system and advise accordingly...lesson learned. I now know the oil tank has reached the end of its lifespan. £132 for a callout at their convenience to change a filter .. .
Office staff are not very helpful when dealing with questions. Young lad that did the work couldn't fault him.
We had a damaged thermal solar panels due to a storm. 2 guys came out to remove the system. They were polite and friendly and did a great job in taking the system out and the removal of the solar panels.They hoovered and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend J.B Heating for a fast reliable service.
