We "inherited" you on buying this house in December. You were involved in installing a new heat exchanger for the previous owner, and carried this out very swiftly and efficiently. You have since carried out our first routine annual service on our boiler. Can we also call upon you with any problems with our radiators? GH
I recently posted a 2 star review for this company. However I did receive a personal phone call from John asking why? From this discussion it was accepted why the review was poor. However, following the discussion it was agreed to return to attend to the issue. Which overall I found very helpful. I will repost an update after the revisit. Mark Hopkins

We called last Thursday for a service to our boiler, fire and wall heater. We were given a slot the following Monday between 11 and 1.00. The serviceman arrived early, wearing PPE, and worked cleanly and efficiently, informing us of his progress, until the work was completed 2 hrs later. We would definitely use this company again.

Our boiler was losing pressure, so we booked JB Heating who were able to come out within a few days. Mark was punctual, extremely helpful and had a positive, cheerful "can do" approach. He located the leak under our crawl space, got the parts and was back within a couple of days to replace the offending pipes. His colleague who came out on a further visit for a small adjustment was also excellent, and the ladies on the phone have been great too. A very capable company and a pleasure to deal with, a good experience all round.
Contacted this company for a quote for replacing a very old boiler for a new combi boiler. Pleasant telephone conversation..I found them really helpful and they kept in contact with me regarding arrival etc. The job went really well. I found them friendly, efficient and very hard working. They cleaned and tidied at the end of each working day. The whole experience was stress free and I was really pleased with the end result. A job very well done! I would definitely recommend this company.

JB have been very efficient and respond to heating problems with quick call outs , as unlike other businesses they have someone there dedicated to make appointments. Their technicians are well trained , competent and courteous.
Had a issue with my heating, and a leak from a pipe.i contacted JB heating and was given an allocated time for a visit. Reagan arrived earlier, was adhering to covid guidelines and was professional. He advised me it wasn't a big job, and within the hour I had hot water and heating. Having had negative experiences with tradesman before, I would not hesitate to either use them again, or recommend them to anyone. 100% satisfied, and a fair price, not extortionate like some.
