The reason for the boiler replacement was fully explained. Either an expensive repair on an old boiler or replacement. As we had some spare money available we decided to replace the boiler. The engineer was punctual & professional. The work was carried out timely & what looks like, to a high quality. I was impressed with the check that he made to ensure that everything was working as it should once he had finished and 3 days later the house is lovely and warm again. I will use J.B. Heating again.
Good service, efficient and knowledgeable
It took more than 3.5 weeks to have our new boiler fitted - leaving us with no heating or hot water in January (very cold!) It was then delayed further with very little notice. When the boiler and Nest system were finally fitted, the hot water didn’t work and it took 4 days for them to come and fix it. When I spoke to Jonathan, the company owner, he was very dismissive and tried to use every excuse possible to explain away the issues.
These guys were able to come out quickly with my matter being urgent, they did the job in a day, worked hard and efficiently. Very happy with end result, and having heating and hot water back up and running! Highly recommend.
Gentleman arrived on time was courteous,efficient, told me after a short time what problem was and what he could do to fix it. Only problem we had was when he went we realised he hadn’t turned value back on for water to refill cistern but we were able to do it. All in all a tidy job
Blocked shower drain. Very pleasant young man sorted out my blocked shower drain. On time, very courteous, did the job and left everything as he found it. Would use again.
Supply and replace combo boiler. Very quick and efficient service, rearranged their schedule so it could be fitted sooner. Very friendly, prompt and tidy engineers. All for a very reasonable £ 2225-00. Very happy and highly recommend.
