on time for boiler service. Asked at start if any problems, sorted noisy fan. Mag filter badly fitted by prev service, organised part collection, happy for me to collect whilst he continued and kept labour costs down. Clean and tidy, very good job.
Some initial issue with servicing charge that was eventually resolved, was expecting fixed price +parts but was charged an hourly rate. Very good boiler replacement service Good communication Good,polite office staff.
Job was completed on day and time quoted at the quoted price. Engineer was polite and courteous.
I had never had to order a new boiler, especially one that was oil-fired. Jonathan at JB was professional from the start, he put my mind at ease and talked me through the options. The work took a few days, there was a small hiccup but it was resolved quickly and with no fuss. The work was superb and the cost was great value but to me, it was the way they rectified and fixed the problem, you can tell how good a company is by the way they deal with any issues. I highly recommend JB, they are really good at what they do and I trust them explicitly.

Top marks as i created a problem because i didnt read the boiler guarantee properly and caused a delay so wasnt charged the full boiler service cost on first visit as the guys had to come back to complete after part fitted by viessman. They didnt have to do this for me but were very understanding !! Already booked in for next year service !! Thanks guys .

Over charges, claims multiple hours for a half hour job, cons vulnerable adults out of lifesavings to fit a boiler, boiler has low water pressure as they have abandoned the brand new boiler with a leak so a disabled individual can no longer heat up any radiator in the house, now blaming individual who is protected under adult safeguarding for the damage and broken boiler when the issue is poor installation and half hearted job Charges £80 per hour, took 40 minutes to drill a hole that he has charged 4 hours of time for, Jonathon then gets extremely agitated with any females who question his motives when lying about his work, sends nasty emails to intimidate, in his reply he is stating I’m not paying for work, the work has been paid for, the 900 he is referring too is the cost of finding another plumber to rectify the gas pipe coming out of the front room floor, over the top of the skirting board, into the kitchen up the wall which is a direct feed to the boiler. Watch Jonathan’s reply, he will not admit liability for any work his team do extremely poorly and will manipulate the situation to blame the customer and will only rectify his broken work at an extra charge of £80 per hour! He’s not prepared to look at the chaos his team leave behind as he’s so full of his own importance that he sits behind his laptop ripping his customers off!! GET MORE QUOTES BEFORE USING JB, his priority is with lining his own pockets than being remotely bothered what mess is left behind

JB heating arrived when they said they would,never had my boiler serviced so fast,10 minutes in total. Did mother-in-law’s aswell,no problems were found,2 boilers in 35 minutes.
Installation and boiler excellent. Skipped through thermostat/controller a little too quickly. Enjoying the heat after an awful week without.
Very reliable great service
Problem dealt with promptly and ahead of our given date. Pity the call out fee couldn’t be reduced when we were told that the reason the fire wouldn’t light was because we were not turning it on correctly!!

Service of the boiler. Discovered a faulty pressure switch which had to be replaced. Part ordered then fitted. Boiler still working between service and fitting of pressure sensor. All good. No complaints. Job well done.
