I would not buy from this supplier again. it has taken 22 day from collection and refund. They could not produce a returns label the system was down, I waiting in on three separate days for collection no show, told to send it back myself £70 including insurance as had no faith, luckily the courier then just turned up, I was very sceptical to let goods go, I took a photo and made driver sign. Eventually got refund. Be prepared to wait a long time if you want to return good. I’m thankful for Amazon as I bought it through them and they helped a lot to contact supplier for refund as they have there own a-z insurance. I am so glad I did not buy direct Tracy ☹️

These people have A1 customer service before and after the sale. Phone agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Emails were responded to usually in less than 24hr. I don't think you will have a. Better experience anywhere else.

I’ve waited nearly a month now for my replacement Jackery 2000. Contacted Jackery after 10 days using the UK helpline to advise progress, Got a response to say it had been dispatched and I’d missed the delivery. In fact no attempted delivery was ever made . Then waited another week and contacted customer service again by phone this time and the person said they had to resupply another unit. This has still not arrived as of today (1month almost ) and there is no tracking number. So as of today I’m £1800 out of pocket due to non replacement. This effectively amounts to theft in my book. Anyone else is a similar position or has had the issue resolved? Please let me know, also if you know any way of escalating this through another channel. Customer service is non existent let alone appalling 🤯🤯

Nichts davon stimmt!

Was ist passiert?

Bought a Jackery 1000 pro back in January 2024. Tried to charge it with a Jackery 200 solar panel in July 2024 but it wouldn’t charge. Contacted Jackery support via their webpage and got a reply (in German, not English ) with some suggestions of how to rectify the issue. Tried that, it didn’t work, so contacted them again twice via email and got no reply. Finally, I rang them to try and get a replacement and they said they have a supplier issue and also their returns label printing system is offline, so they couldn’t arrange a return just yet, and that I should be patient!! 10 days later, the label printing system is apparently still offline. The explanation doesn’t seem legitimate to me

Also: Finger weg von Jackery-Produkten. Das Ganze grenzt an Betrug.

Bought a jackery 300 with solar panel. Not cheap! The adapter broke after just a few hours of charging!!! I tried to contact them via email twice and still no response. Customer service SUCKS. There actually is NO customer service!!! Buyer beware. I should have looked at trustpilot reviews before buying.

Appalled by customer service (or lack thereof). Emailed four times and called countless times over the past few days since my power bank arrived faulty. Only got a reply this morning and they completely ignored everything I said. Not even an apology until I asked for one. Now it’s another week at least before the replacement comes. I do not feel satisfied with just a replacement if Im honest. I have requested better compensation or I will be going elsewhere

Ordered a power station and solar panel in their Father's Day sale. Their online specs are so vague I hadn't realised their DC connectors are not a standard size, and the overall build quality was shocking so I initiated a return. They were at first quick to issue the returns authorisation, but were extremely rude about the process. When I said the returns form doesn't say where to return it, I was told to Google it. I then warned them that the drop off places near to me won't work as they're all lockers and the solar panel is too big and if they could do a pickup, but they said I could instead return it at my own expense. After a long drive I eventually found somewhere return it and it quickly arrived at their warehouse then... nothing, I've been ghosted ever since. They stopped responding to my emails even when I threatened to do a chargeback. I called repeatedly and they answered, saying sorry and a refund will be with me in 7-10 days, but nothing. Ended up doing an Amex chargeback to get my money back. They still haven't responded to my emails.

I really wish I’d found this TrustPilot before my experiences with Jackery UK! I originally bought a new Explorer 100 Plus last month after being a lifelong Anker Fan. There was no reason for this, I had just heard good things and they looked solid. Unit was poorly made with multiple defects and it went back. I gave them a second chance, this time I’ve got an Explorer 300 Plus with the SolarSaga 40 panel. Again, multiple issues from not as described, panel is absolutely useless without the Explorer 300 Plus attached, despite numerous detail on the product page ‘direct device charging’, ‘USBC and USBA outputs’ - doesn’t have any of this To contact Jackery you can contact their disguised premium rate 077 number (which costs over 80p a minute from mobiles, but is a UK Mobile number format) or you can wait 3-4 days for an email reply Stick to what you know!

Bought this from the eBay shop In the United Kingdom, 500 Explorer. Was supposed to have delivery by Tuesday, the 9th of July. I have ordered it for a trip away. Tuesday came still no sign of it being dispatched gave it to Wednesday just in case. Then I called them and they said oh we don’t know why it’s not been dispatched we will escalate it for you, promised email me to let me know what was happening because I explained it for a trip. No email from the company. Sent them another message saying that if they didn’t reply by Friday afternoon I was gonna have no choice but to cancel it. Like then, contact me Saturday morning to say the item was not in stock and that is why it had not been dispatched. Not a single apology, for the inconvenience all the fact that they sold me an item that wasn’t even in stock. An apology always goes a long way in my book, they couldn’t even do that. The communication from this company is abysmal. Having read the reviews for what seem to be the United States, you would think that being in the UK that they would try to improve upon their issues. Customer service obviously seems to be an issue of theirs. I bought the item after it been recommended by one of my favourite YouTubers and I will be contacting them to let them know how badly letdown they are letting their customers. I will be buying a power bank from a different company who seem to have a more reliable and better customer service space. I hope I can now get it in time because they took so long to let me know that they didn’t have the item. They’re just letting themselves down they need to sort their customer service out.

Worst purchasing experience and worst customer service. I purchased a small power station from Jackery. The shipment was delayed by FedEx due to unreadable shipping label created by seller. FedEx reprinted the shipping label and then my item was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately filed a report with FedEx 15 minutes after the delivery notice, but they didn't do anything. I sent an email to Jackery and 2 days later they told me to file a claim, which I already explained that I did. Meanwhile FedEx responded later that if my item wasn't delivered by Monday to contact the seller. Monday came and went with no delivery. I contacted Jackery again who said they would forward my claim to the shipping department and said I would receive a response within 24 hours. The 24 hours passed considerably so I contacted them again. The next day I got a response saying they will make a one time exception to ship me a replacement item. Really? An exception for their bad shipping label and FedEx delivering to the wrong address? How is this any of my fault? Needless to say I received a replacement. They sent me a different color item, which was marked as sold out on their website, took longer to charge than advertised and has a misaligned USB A input that makes it difficult to connect a cable to power one of my devices. I think they sent me a returned item because of these issues and the website stated this color was sold out. I do not trust this company and never experienced worse customer service. I will never buy from them again!

Paid around $3,200 for the 2000 model. Need; for FL power outages. Used 10 times on a small fan and one time to see how long it would power the refrigerator. 6 months later it goes dead. After much delay they had it picked up. Two weeks later my second one...not only does not charge but, loses charge even when it shows wattage coming in. Again, company is so slow to respond. I asked to return this "junk" and the policy is only for 30 DAYS! SOooo $3,200 and it was used less than 12 times in less than one year. This is going to be a problem for THEM. They need to do what is right. BTW my smaller Patriot generator works and charges just fine after 1.5 years.

By far this is the absolute WORST company to order from. When I received my solar system, it was defective from the start! I took 2 days for customer service to even figure out how to set up the system!!! They are incompetent people that work there. Then when I When I wanted to return it, it took me two times to call them to get a return label! It takes them 48 hours minimum just to get your return label if that. I still have not received it. Next step is filing Dispute with my bank as these people are crooks!!!

If you buy any further jackery stuff I wouldn't buy it from jackery second party website. I'm not saying not to buy Jackery, just make sure you buy it from Amazon when it says ships and sold by Amazon. You'll get it about 6 or 7 days faster and you won't have to deal with one of the worst customer service that i have ever dealt with, and like always it's not the reps fault it's training and management. They can't even find an original solarsaga 100 solar panel cable I lost. The one pissy rep kept arguing with me that the cable is soldered to the panel. DUH, They are soldered to the panel or it wouldn't work. I'm looking at my panel and she still argued.Evidently their reps only know the current products for sale. They asked for pictures because they didn't know what a 8mm DC input jack or especially the short cable that comes out of the little orange box on the panel, and the short cable has Anderson power pole connector. They don't sell this cable for older solarsaga 100 panels on their website. Maybe they figured they would last this long. So far after sending requested 4 pictures I haven't heard anything back. To top thing off I ordered a power station 100 plus from jackery, I didn't check ships and sold by Amazon, waited nine days and it was busted factory seal, missing cable and a garfed up owners manual. Some person at ECO, jackery third party shipper, actually stuck a previously opened, returned defective who knows. They were not interested in that just wanted me to ship it back and after they receive it they would send me out a brand new one. Poor choice of words to a guy that just got a used one. It took nine freakin days after order to get it. They have my money and they send me a potentially defective dangerous unit. But clearly their fault and saying anything other than we'll ship one out tonight is unacceptable. Besides I think on return the item is considered returned when the shipper has custody and they should that day ship out a brand new one, their words. Maybe more later, if I someday get this resolved I will update this. Still waiting for a jackery management rep. to see what they say.
