Jackery 2000 Pro Powerstation war nach 2 Jahren defekt, liess sich nicht mehr laden und der 220V Ausgang war „tot“. Austausch dauerte im Rahmen einer 5 Jahresgarantie mehr als 3 Monate, Austauschgerät war ebenfass defekt, das 2.Gerät kam nach wenigen Wochen Wartezeit. 2.Austauschgerät ebenfalss defekt (DC Eingang funktioniert nicht).

Jackery 1500 und Jackery 1000v2 fast täglich im Einsatz. Noch keine Probleme gehabt. Die 1500 hat die höhere Ausgangsleistung, da läuft fast jedes Gerät. Der 1000v2 betreibt ein Tränkenwärmer im Hühnerhaus.
Die Jackery-Produkte mögen eine dem Preis entsprechend gute Qualität aufweisen. Beim Kundendienst steckt hingegen noch viel Verbesserungspotential und auch Unwissen: Habe soeben die Powerbank Explorer 240 V2 sowie das Solarpannel SolarSaga 100 erhalten, die laut Beschrieb kompatibel sind. Leider ist dies jedoch nur der Fall, wenn man einen entsprechenden Adapter (20.00 Euro) dazubestellt, was man jedoch erst merkt, wenn man nach Erhalt der Ware die Beschreibung liesst. Ich habe die Geräte in der Schweiz bei einem grossen Onlinehändler gekauft, da Jackery nicht direkt in die Schweiz liefert. Den Adapter (8020 zu USB-C) führt der Händler jedoch nicht, und auch sonst ist der Adapter hier nirgends zu kaufen. Jackery meinte lapidar, normalerweise werde der Adapter mitgeschickt. Nun ("sorry") müsse ich ihn jedoch bei der Schweizer Generalvertretung kaufen. Doch die Generalvertretung führt das Teil auch nicht und verkauft gar nichts an Privatkunden; ich müsse beim Onlinehändler vorstellig werden. Ich finde, Jackery verkauft hier eine Katze im Sack und kümmert sich wenig um die Anliegen ihrer Kunden. Adapter in einen Briefumschlag und als Mustersendung verschicken: Das wäre echter Kundendienst und generiert positive Bewertungen. Zudem ist der (neue!) Explorer 240 V2 eine Fehlkonstruktion, indem er keinen direkten Eingang für ein Jackery-Solarpannel anbietet, wohl aber einen altmodischen Ausgang für einen Zigarettenanzünder-Stöpsel - neben der 220V-Dose. Und zuguter Letzt: Responsezeit für eine Antwort: jeweils mindestens 24 Stunden.
My experience with this company in the UK has been absolutely appalling. I received a 1000V2 device that takes an absurd amount of time to charge. When I reached out to their so-called customer support, they promised to send a shipping label for the return. However, even after sending multiple emails over the past five days, nothing has arrived. To make matters worse, their UK support phone line is a complete joke—it disconnects automatically after just five minutes, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue. The level of incompetence and lack of support is truly unacceptable.
I don’t know about the products, but I signed up for their newsletter. After a while I unsubscribed..and unsubscribed..and unsubscribed again but they still kept sending me e-mails. After that I still kept getting mails, contacted their support and were assured by their support that they had unsubscribed me. This has happened three times now. Nevertheless yet another mail was in my inbox today. As said: I don’t know their products but the way they are unable to handle a simple request for unsubsciption makes me NOT want to buy any of their products for fear of what else they are not able to handle.
Looking at LinkedIn, the entire operation is Chinese staff with one exception being American. European customer services seem not to exist outside of China. Third month dealing with what I suspect are Chinese staff viewing translated messages as they come back with bizarre responses and with zero knowledge of the chain of emails. I’ve had seven power stations from this firm although I bought the from a UK retailer I could visit with no issues. This online purchase was my first and last. The explorer 1000 v1’s were great. The two v2’s faulty…neither would charge from the Jackery supplied solar panel (which DID work on the V1…) Customer service is barely exists to the extent that I cannot recommend this company. PS in respect of your lengthy reply, how does that help me? You have contact details, I’m in your system OR you can ask me for details. But you don’t, you fire fight with kind words on here but mere platitudes. No one is convinced…
Difficult to rate as whilst the 1000v2works fine, it does all expected except I cannot use any other brand of Solar panel with it. It seems that the 1000v2 has a different size port to the previous 1000, so the adapter cables for MC60 don't fit. Both Jackery and the panel supplier were unable to help. Marvellous ! I cannot find a cable anywhere that will have an MC60 one end and a 8m plug for my Jackery. If I'd known before I bought I would have gone for another Ecoflow.
I ordered a 1000 + on December 2024 to date nothing except that the Amazon driver could not find the address. Wrong he delivered all the other packages. No update from Jackery just excuses. Are they a scam company someone must know.
Bought jackery 3000 pro w 400 W solar panels The DC chords ..went through 3 cobstabtly breaking one way or another couldn't even use my jackery while waiting for replacement chords then the AC chord shorts out almost catching fire ruining the whole thing Customer support says they will not give me a new warranty for the new product Supposed to be a 3 yr All it did was run a 40 w fridge and it couldn't last a year The solar panels are cardboard and are not easy to use unless you have complete full sun Cannot get damp or they will also ruin So much for emergency situation I am still waiting on the replacement but if they won't go out a new warranty then this product is t worth the money I paid over 3 grand Disappointed
I ordered the Jackery 5000+ on 11/23/24. The website said to allow 2 days to process the order and 2 to 5 days shipping and that I would be emailed when shipped. After hearing nothing for 7 days, I inquired by email as to what the issue was. The replies were automated and didn't pertain to my question. 3 days later I received a live email saying the product would be shipped in the first week of December. During the second week of December I received notification that it had been sent. I followed the FedEx tracking only to see that a label had been created but the product remained sitting in Walnut California for another five days. I then called and canceled my order realizing the company doesn't have their act together. It's now Christmas and they still haven't refunded my money. My state has an Attorney Generals office with a robust consumer fraud division. After Christmas I'll be reporting them and hopefully getting my money back.
This company is a joke. I ordered a Jackery2000 plus two spare batteries. Within a couple days I got three Fedex tracking numbers and after several days I noticed nothing had been shipped. By day 10 or 12 I got a notice from Fedex that the two batteries were on their way. However the main unit did not. I sent an inquiry and the company tried to blame Fedex even though Fedex said they only received the invoice for shipment and not the box from the company. I tried to contact Jackery and got various responses some of which were non-sensical and unrelated to what I had written. I finally got an email ---we will try to get an alternative shipment out to you and please wait and let me get back to you very shortly. A day later nothing. I inquired again and a non-sense reply. It has been 3 weeks and nothing yet they continue to sell these units and promise delivery within a week. I finally asked for a Fedex return shipping label and they sent 3 return labels -- 2 batteries and 1 main unit with a note saying we are sorry you are dissatisfied with the unit and I need to ship all 3 back for a refund. I tried to explain I have only received 2 of the 3 packages and cannot return all 3. I asked them to call me when they have a moment. Of course nothing. My response: In terms of contacting you at the email you supplied please look and see how many times I have tried to reach out. You can respond to one of my emails

Do not use this company . I paid on line they failed to deliver the products I ordered on line . They answer e mails through computer replies and do not answer the phone . I have asked for a full refund and have yet to receive a reply . In my opinion the website should be removed !
