A solid and reliable piece of kit! I can charge my phone and tablet directly from the solar panel, which is super convenient. I also got a Jackery portable power station, and the solar panel charges it up effortlessly as well.

Good service in the past with good products. But 1000w v2 model not much good for solar charging

Jackery were decent enough to send a replacement portable power station 100 but still same issue . It claims to charge a mobile phone 6.2 times but I still only get 2.5 charges. Shame really as I was going to get a bigger jackery, but I may just take a closer look at the competitors instead.

The quality of Jackery products and the superb after sales service…!

I had been looking at power stations for camping. Jackery was a well known brand and the quality and safety are excellent my only regret is I didn't pay more for a larger capacity. I bought it on offer for a really good price. Being able to run ac appliances off grid is excellent and even came in handy during a 3 day power cut after a storm. Highly recommend this product and this brand.

70% Negative reviews and these apologies from ‘Team Jackery’ and their repetitive line of “ We take every customer concern very seriously” are becoming meaningless lies. I trusted this Company on the grounds that it was founded in the USA, with a distribution and technical base located in Birmingham UK. After placing an order worth £1000, I received a delivery notification from DPD at 0730 that the goods were being delivered from Manchester the following day? In fact, the order arrived incomplete 2 hours later that same day. Jackery really does NOT want to speak to customers, and hides any contact phone number, however after an extensive Google search I found a number to call, 0808 164 2377, only to find that this is a Customer Services call centre based in India, who seem powerless and incapable of dealing with any issue. Their email address of ‘hello.eu…..’ is useless as no one ever answers or responds. I have now discovered that these Trustpilot reviews are monitored in China under an alias name of Celine. To add further confusion to this thoroughly International mess, these goods from the USA are labelled ‘Made in China’ and the instruction manual is in Chinese. The final part of the order arrived a day later, again by DPD. This time the driver, named Derek, was prepared to dump a £900 Explorer energy unit, on my doorstep step, take a photo as evidence of ‘job done’, and then run off to the next delivery, leaving £900 of kit on an open street for anyone to nick. Luckily I was home, but he didn’t bother to check. If it was stolen, I wonder what Jackerey’s policy and procedure is? Tough luck is my guess!

Forget what I bought. It’s fine. My beef is with how you respond after the sale. I’ve written emails twice since my purchase. The day after I send my question/comment, I receive an email from you. Help? Answers to my question? Nope. All I ever get from you is a sales pitch to get more money out of me. Talk to me about my issues and questions, and the let’s talk about if I want to continue to put money in your pocket through sales.

Can you replace an item? That is not very well built. The quality seems a little low in the engineering. Most week but they replaced it

I bought a jackery 240 a year ago and for some reason it stopped charging I contacted jackery customer service and they asked for videos and pictures of what’s happening, I sent everything over and within 24h I had an email back from them with a shipping ticket to send off my one, I have received my new jackery within a week back from them and they have sent me the newest one out which I am very pleased with very good customer service in my eyes and very happy with my new charging station. Highly recommend to anybody

Just purchased an Explorer 2 1000 and it's a fabulous piece of kit. Works very in my van with what I need it for and is pleasantly quick to recharge. I'd definitely recommend these to everyone looking for an excellent power pack
