Terrible customer service. I signed up for a jackery account on 7/5, as I was making a purchase soon and wanted an account for their membership with points, the extended warranty, etc. I made my purchase on 7/12. They did not associate my order with my account per Julio in customer service. Furthermore, Julio states “Your points will not be credited, because you signed up for membership after making the purchase.” If that is the case, how would I have points credited on 7/5? If this is how my initial support conversation is going, and the company is not even standing by their membership program, I have zero confidence in their product. What will they do to get out of the warranty? What kind of troubleshooting help will I get if I have a problem? I’m astounded. If you want to take your chances on broken promises and false advertising, go ahead and make a purchase. Otherwise, you might want to opt for a company that has better service.
Do NOT purchase Jackery products. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Their products are low quality with fancy marketing to get people to spend money on them, and their customer service is even worse. In March I place two separate orders - one with a 1000W battery with a 100W panel and a separate order with an additional 100W panel. The additional panel I ordered arrived and did not work whatsoever. Jackery asked me to take a video and send it to them and ship the product back (with my own money) so they could replace it. I did so, and they shipped me a replacement which still did not work. At this point I no longer wanted any of the Jackery products so I requested a return of the first order - the battery and panel. I received the return label which had details of both products I was returning. I once again spent my own $65 to ship the products back with the provided return label. The tracking notification from UPS said that the products arrived, but three days later I had heard nothing from Jackery about receiving the return or getting a refund. I called Jackery and the agent said they already ordered me a replacement. I let them know that I did not ever request a replacement and needed to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor verbally confirmed with me that she would be processing the refund for both products. Then, two hours later, she emailed me to say that she could not process the refund because today's date is outside of the return window. The return label was processed within the return window and the items were shipped before the required date on the return label. Not only is this horrible business practice to deny a return that was absolutely valid, but the customer service supervisor LIED to me verbally. I cannot believe how horrible this service is and now I am completely out $1,200 for the products and $130 for shipping.

I ordered the Jackery 240 to use with my BiPAP Machine. Upon opening it and reading the Manual and the different products they have, I quickly learned this version was NOT compatible with my BiPAP Machine. As a result I contacted Amazon, requested a return and they (Jackery) said "Yes". I returned it through Canada Post and got confirmation they did indeed had received my Product. Promised Me I'd get my Money back in 7 Days. That NEVER happened. Thinking there was a mistake I contacted Jackery through Amazon. Since then I had been playing a Game of "Cat and Mouse" and "Can you catch the Carrot? No? Sorry you lose.". They have come up with every possible excuse to withhold my refund including the lie I did NOT return it. That, yes they did get A Return slip, but because it was the wrong one (a mistake by the Canada Post Worker), I'm NOT getting my money back. I Worked at an Inbound Call Centre for 9 years. Had I treated or had spoken to a Customer like some of these Employees did with me, even over the internet, I'd be FIRED on the Spot. No chance to make amends, I'd be told how wrong I was and I was no longer Employed. Do NOT order from this Company, Jackery. They hike up their prices depending on the Model You need. When You need to return the Machine and it is WELL under the 30 day return period, they will read their Scripts, play "Pin the Tail on the Donkey" and read that excuse to You. They are also VERY rude and will scream at You and tell you it is Your fault They are not giving you Your money back. I am out $300 and it has left me questioning ordering from Amazon. I did contact an Amazon rep and will try what they suggest, but I feel I am SOL. Save your money, spend it somewhere else as Jackery will be more than happy to take your money. Will they give it back? No. That is highway robbery and wrong. To Me it doesn't matter what the Customer did. Unless He or She broke it intentionally, they need to be Humans and treat others the way they wish to be treated.
I own a gently used Explorer 500. For emergencies only. No more than 15 charge cycles. It failed shortly after warranty period. Jackery will not repair. Be prepared to throw away $400.
Lange Rede - kurzer Sinn, im ersten Gerät Laderegler in Verbindung mit dem Solarpanel defekt, in Folge zwei generalüberholte, also gebrauchte Geräte!! mit dem selben Fehler erhalten. Erst nachdem ich den Rechtsschutz eingeschaltet habe, wurde mir das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Absolut KEINE Kaufempfehlung!!
Immer wieder Probleme,mit Generator und Panel... Support meldet sich ewig nicht, für das Geld sehr bescheiden, besser nicht kaufen, oder bei der Konkurrenz , hier ist das Geld für den Müll, und das ist ja nicht wenig...
Ich habe einen 200 Euro Gutschein von Jackery bekommen als Freundschaft einzulösen bis 21.5.23 nun ich versuchte die 3000 Pro zu kaufen hm geht nicht Kundenservice kontaktiert keine Ahnung was ich meine nach einigen Tagen hin und herschreiberei sind die endlich draufgekommen worums geht na ja das ist ein Fehler und sie müssen die Obrichkeit informieren also sowas habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt es wird nur auf die Kunden geschi.....
I ordered a Jackery 1500 and panels kit to be used for low wattage things during power outages like lights. Barely 120 watts total. Ever. I used it barely 3 times and the Jackery started having battery storage charge issues and making loud electrical crackling noises while using it. We noticed it kept dropping percentages not long after it was fully charged. That's when we found out it had started turning itself on randomly. Ok, so we contact their customer service hoping for an easy fix. Try the reset and it still does the thing. So we are told we can send it back and get a replacement. Lo and behold, the replacement product has the same issues and the internet is saying all sorts of bad things about what those noises mean. (Example: Poor quality battery product/electricity is arcing) At this point I ask for a refund and am told I can get one. Great! I get the labels, ship them back, and get a refund invoice. When I go to check and see if it's been processed I suddenly get a call and email saying it's been too long and their customer service rep didn't know oops. So now I have no Solar generator or money to buy a replacement for future emergencies. This issue will be taken further, but I wanted to warn people of the risks. TLDR: bad products with possible risks, and even worse customer service who promise refunds and then change their minds/breach of contract. Edit: Someone else from the company reached out and we were able to figure out a way to replace the unit with something hopefully better functioning. I will update when we try the new one. Update 2: They sent me a Jackery 2000 pro as a replacement and were supposed to send me a solar panel that I paid extra for. No solar panel arrived and the new Jackery WILL NOT CHARGE. This is a laying, joke of a company that rips people off. I will be taking legal action moving forward.
What absolute fantastic customer service. Only 1 part of my package arrived, the solar panels. I'm paniking as i can't seem to find a contact number. I then phoned a uk number, to be advised they are busy. I didn't leave a message. Within moments, Anton from Bulgaria, phoned me back and answered my questions and more. !!! So very helpful. More than pleased.
I recently won a Jackery in a VanCity VanLife giveaway. I provided them with all my contact details which they acknowledged. Then nothing, no further contact, I've sent over 10 emails and messages which have all been ignored. I've worked in Customer Services in various capacities for over 35 years and I've never come across a worse service, they simply don't care. Would never buy anything from Jackery regardless how good (or bad) there products are as the backup support is simply non existent.

Ich finde das, gelinde gesagt eine Schweinerei. Es gibt ja noch andere Anbieter, Jackery,bzw. die Servicemitarbeiter kümmern sich in keiner Weise um die Kundenbelange. Zudem wird mitgeteilt, daß bei Bestellungen über nichtauthorisierte Händler, auch Powerdude, keine Ersatzteile geliefert werden. Ich kann daher von Jackery nur abraten.
Es ist fast alles schief gegangen habe die Bestellung nach 1 std anuliiert ware wurde trotzdem geliefert.das Produkt ist super bis jetzt.Das Produkt wurde in die Schweiz eingeführt vom Deutschen Zoll die Ausfuhr bestätigt.Habe die bestätigte Rechnung an Jackery geschickt.Die Adresse auf der Rechnung ist Fake. Brief kam zurück Vermerk unbekannt,nach vielen Mails will Jackery mir die zustehende MWST nicht zurückerstatten, werde nun gerichtlich gegen sie vorgehen. Achtung Schweizer Kunden diese Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen handelt absolut gesetzeswidrig
First I'll address some reviews. The warranty is to the original purchaser who has registered the unit. The rubber plugs are easily replaced with items available cheaply at hardware stores or Amazon or eBay. Or use a flap of leather to protect the ports. Don't keep sending seperate emails to support. Reply to the response or the survey email. They have always responded to my requests. If you don't agree with the response they give further instructions. Next, Why would anyone expect Jackery to answer questions about anything other then their products? If you want to use other solar panels then ensure they can accept the Jackery input plug. You wouldn't ask apple about your android phone. I have a 240 and 300. A Jackery bolt and now a 1000 pro. All have been fantastic. I have used other power packs none have given the performance of the Jackeries.
I returned a generator to Jackary over 30-days ago. They have promised a refund, now refuse.
A 3-year product. Use it for three years (or every day for a year) and the batteries are shot. Nothing's replaceable; no parts are available. You're done. My Honda gasoline generators are 18 years old. Make sure you know what you're buying for those $1000 !
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Update now over a month later!! I am still left with unusable faulty goods. These abhorrent criminals are still refusing to collect their shoody goods. Still refusing to send a courier with a prepaid label ON TOP of their shockingly bad service. I am beyond disgusted. Zero stars. Run from this abhorrent corrupt organisation. I placed an order for almost £1300. 1 solar panel - arrived not working. 1 Explorer 500 - arrived not working, not new and with no instruction manual. 2 Explorer 240's. I contacted them to be fobbed off, offered a 10% discount to keep used and faulty goods that don't turn on. Then offered a dodgy refurbished product as some sort of alternative. WHAT!!! These cowboys are now ignoring me and refusing to send a courier with pre paid label to the address they delivered to. I have had to report to trading standards, and contact my bank. Avoid like the plague. Criminal organisation.
Went onto Jackery website and wanted to see the total for a Jackery 1000 with discount code. The site automatically charge my card on file from previous purchase. Cancelled immediately and sent email from order. Never heard back till the next eeek and customer service said it was already shipped. One representative said it would be delivered, then another said it was returned to the warehouse. The customer service has no clue to what’s going on. They still have not reversed charges. I had to call my credit card company to help resolve their incompetence. Never will I buy another product from Jackery because of the customer service. It’s been over two weeks and nothing!
Der Support antwortet bei Anfragen sehr freundlich und ist hilfsbereit. Meine gekauften Produkte habe ich immer erhalten. So wie man in den Wald ruft so kommt…. Zudem ist die Nachfrage aktuell hoch und man muss einfach etwas Geduld und Verständnis mitbringen
Did not receive my order, weeks and weeks multiple emails etc. No call back. Worst company I have ever worked with. I do not recommend them for anything.
