The Royal Mail lost my parcel. There was a valid Tracking Number but all it did was say it was delayed. HS were informed of this problem HS Direct immediately sent another out. It arrived promptly delivered by Royal Mail. A week later the original parcel is still just as lost. HD Direct will now be able to claim compensation. Thank you for listening and responding. thi is a trustworthy and reliable business.
