Prompt response and speedy service made us achieve all our health and safety goals achieved at HS Direct. All of the team have been fantastic - very helpful and helped us a lot through the process

Normally I'm not one for answering sales calls, but on this occasion i did. The HS Direct representative (Daniel Moore) was outstanding, his product knowledge was off the scale and he walked me through a detailed demonstration of what HS Direct H& Safety could do for our company. We had no problem signing up to work with HS Direct, and would highly recommend their products, due to the level of support provided.

We all have those small HR issues that crop up but occasionally these spiral into more. Zaira helped us through every stage and advised us on the methods best to use to avoid further conflict. Her advise on the matter helped us move the tress so to speak so we could get to the root of the problem (see what I did there) to an outcome that was satisfactory to both parties. Learnt an awful lot to during the process. Would very much recommend the service provided by HS Direct and of course Zaira.

Highly recommend HS Direct, we have used them a number of years now and cannot fault the service always on hand to help. The portal is brilliant and easy to use, training is also provided on this (thank you to Rebecca for carrying out our training). They have a number of HR and H&S consultants to answer any questions and help with any issues. Thanks for the efficient, professional service.

I selected a course relating to Employment Tribunals on 21st February 2024, purchased it and received no download link. After using the Live Chat and calling directly, I was advised by email my query would be passed the appropriate team for access. 6 days later I chased a response as still had received nothing - only to be told the course didn't actually exist, that it was an error and I would be refunded. I am now awaiting a refund. Really disappointing experience.

I contacted Nathan at short notice to ask him if he could set up our account. Nathan got all our relevant details and ensured that the H&S account portal was set up and ready within the very short time frame we gave him. Not only did Nathan do but this he also walked me through the process of writing out our risk assessments and method statements. Great service and much appreciated

Marc Taylor really knew his stuff and helped me through the onboarding process with HS Direct in a way that was simple to understand. I was extremely impressed not only with the volume of information and templates available that I can use to help my company reach our goal of becoming Constructionline Gold accredited, but also with how easy the platform is to use.

I have had a HR subscription with HS Direct since 2021. It has being invaluable asset to my business, specifically Zaira Hussain. Zaira has being a great support and help guide me through various scenarios and without her knowledge it could of ended up in court. 5* for Zaira, I always ask for her, she is very prompt and wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you HS Direct highly recommend.

A useful tool to help with various aspects of running a small business in the construction industry. The site could do with more development, it looks and feels dated now. Very helpful support team especially Daniel Moore who is always willing to help and go the extra mile.
