We like the system as it is flexible and there is always someone to assist us when needed. It is simple and has made a lot of individual systems uniform and compliant.

After coming back from furlough I've had numerous questions and requests for a refresh on the portal. Every query has been answer swiftly and concisely. When I spoke to Rob McLeay he really helped me understand an area of the system I have very little knowledge about and answered all my questions, directing me to the part of the portal I should be looking at.

We have used HS & EL direct for a number of years as our recommended supplier for all our Franchisees and they have never let us down. Their system is easy to use and helps to simplify, what should be difficult and time-consuming tasks. A very reliable company which I would highly recommend.

HS Direct are essential to our business. Health & Safety assistance helps us keep our staff and customers safe and keeps us within the law. Tasks such as Risk Assessment writing, H&S Policy, Toolbox Talks, Training etc. and having staff read and sign them electronically via My-Task, saves us so much time and we have up to date records of everything. The advisors are very knowledgeable and pleasant and a site visit for reassurance is never a problem.

Brilliant packages at a reasonable price, so easy to use. Staff are great and very helpful especially Shale she cannot do enough to help and so fast as well.

Lee Elliott was appointed our H&S Consultant for a recent Site Inspection Visit at one of our customer sites. From start to finish Lee provided a 10 out of 10 service to us. Lee was professional throughout and kept us informed at all times as to what was happening before, during and after the visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Suffice to say the site visit went well and we passed.

Scamming company whose number is blacklisted on tools like nomorobo and roboblock. They make unsolicited calls.

Great system has saved me hours producing RAMS for different jobs and friendly helpful staff on hand to help even out of business hours.

I used this company for a year. I wasn't happy with their services at all. The customer service team is rude and unprofessional. They pretend to do all the RAMS for you and only deliver the Risk Assessment instead. You cannot rely on them. Even after I instructed them to terminate my contract, they still charged me the renewal price. Won't recommend them to anyone.

New guy on the phone was great. Darren I think his name was. They took my money for a template. The template has name address phone number on it. That’s pretty much it. They want you to pay more to get it completed by them.

I spoke with the MD Nick this am about an issue I had regarding Method Statements as my knowledge is zero!! Nick then passed me onto the Hazel grove branch and Sally and team were amazing.4 hours from initial contact I had several very good documents as a starting block.I collected them at lunchtime for minimal cost.Very highly recommended and first class customer service.Well done guys.Kind Regards Mark.
