We found HS direct as we were starting our company. They have been really helpful. Having their knowledge and backing at our finger tips has ultimately won us work. If you’re lucky then you’ll be dealing with Scott McCutcheon for you first port of call like we did. He helped us by explaining the use of the platform clearly to us and really took his time to help us understand everything. We have used HS Direct since 2016 for all our day to day H&S, our SSIP accreditations and Human Resources needs, they have always been very helpful and pro-active in their approach to fulfill our requirement. Our account contact Rodney Marsh is extremely helpful with any queries we may have. The portal is very user friendly to enable us to work seamlessly.

Daniel Moore is an amazing go to person, he makes sure you the customer are always a priority and is always available at the end of the phone. He is a huge support and his knowledge of the system is amazing.

I have had a great experience since using HS Direct. All the documents are easy to understand and navigate for editing. Always keep information up to date complying with recent changes. Great healpdesk too if you have any questions or need support, I have dealt with Liam McMahon a few times and he has been amazing. Great customer service and always making sure we have everything we need.

I downloaded a free document from their website and then BAM, I was bombarded with call after call trying to get me to spend over £1000. I appreciate the free advice but it's obviously just a con so they get your phone number and email address so they can try and sell you something you don't need. My advice would be to not give them your number when downloading a document.

How this company has a 4.7 rating is beyond me. The service i have had from them is awful. I have a had a query about the cost of a package they sold me and they haven't got back to about sorting it out. Please go carefully if you are thinking of using them in anyway.

Used there services a year ago kept my card details and took money from my account a year later! With no authorisation from me absolute disgusting refused to pay back £1154.00 of my hard earned money and I don’t even use this filthy company! Please don’t entertain these thief’s Bank and fraud team on there case now
