I received fantastic support today from Andy Hickman regarding a Risk Assessment that was urgently required for work due to be completed on Monday. I only raised the support case this morning and shortly after I received a call to walk me through the process. Andy was polite and patient and stayed on the call until the problem was resolved and took the time to explain how I should approach this in the future. An added touch was an offer to join him and his colleague to have a 1:1 demo and to show me how best to use the system which I though was something unexpected. Well done for the great service and very much appreciated!

Andy Hickman helped me out today with a problem on the website and was very helpful and sorted it out.

We are now into our 2nd year using the Solution Host portal. The system is easy to use and offers a secure space for the storage of information allowing easy management of third party suppliers, maintenance schedules, holidays, auditing plans etc... Employees find the 'my task' easy to use for signing off on TBT, RA's & COSHH assessments as well as booking holidays and completing online training modules.The set up takes time but the rewards and future time saving are worth every minute. The help desk is well staffed and queries are dealt with in a positive and timely manner. We have received positive feedback from both insurance company and ISO auditors with regard to how easy important data / information is to access. I would consider this system a must for any company wanting to achieve ISO standards. A shout out to the staff that I have personally worked with and are always more than helpful... Andy was very helpful in the tutorial he gave me for using the system, it was very clear and precise. He emailed me a great step-by-step afterwards too which made me feel like I wasn't just being left to figure it out on my own. Great service :)
