Amelia was very helpful and knew what she needed from me and what we needed to do. If there was an issue, she contacted me and made sure everything was in place and answered my questions if I had any. Thank you for your help with our accreditation with South West Trade Frames.

Daniel Moore is my person to go to, which believe me ,I do quite a lot. He is extremely efficient to get back to me, wether its an e mail or text or call. He takes his time to help me achieve what I need, even if it means going over and over the steps. He is so patient. He has a great sense of humor, which I think he need for customers like me. I feel he knows me and my company. The system is great and has everything we need, in fact it has more than I will ever need, hence it takes a little help to navigate around it. Money well spent and after my first year I had no hesitancy about paying for this year.

Andy Hickman was really helpful - he talked me through the process to ensure the risk assessments save the updates that are required. When it didn't work, he made suggestions to change the browser which solved the issue. Andy also sent a step by step guide through to refer back to in the future as well as providing an email address to contact the team if needed. Thank you!
