She has gone above and beyond to help me in some difficult situations we have been in, with regards to employees which have caused us many different problems. Well, what can I say about HS Direct other than they will never do what they say they will. The portal looks like it's been designed by a child and the RAMS are poorly written, you could do it yourself by getting a free template. Don't let them con you. I bought their Safety First package and I was appalled at how basic it is. I asked for a refund but they came up with some tripe about business transactions not being refundable. Take my word for it, save your money. They offered me vouchers to write a good review for them which I'm guessing they've done for all the good reviews on here.

Daniel Moore has been our contact during our time with HS Direct. Daniel is professional in his approach but very amiable ensuring everything is understood and has made our experience an easy and smooth way to deal with our H&S and Constructionline Gold. We have used HS direct for years for our health and safety courses etc. Then after a bad experience with another HR company we decided it was a no-brainer to move our HR to HS Direct also. The level of advice we receive from the team is amazing. I've now got a wealth of knowledge available, which is quick and easy to access from a great team. I adopted Zaira as my go-to person and she's always more than happy to help and quick to respond. But the team as a whole are great and all have the answers I need, when I need them. Highly recommend going with HS Direct if you're on the fence. I speak from experience when I say it's not worth risking going with someone less established.

Just tried to download their FREE risk assessment template.... when you download it it's got SAMPLE written right across it, but you can download the usable one for ££££ so it's NOT FREE... Scammers. Don't use or trust them. Regarding your response.... Trustpilot have my details otherwise I wouldn't be able to know you have responded.
