Marc was a great help in going through the software and how it works, answering questions and sorting any niggles out during the walk through.
I have used this company before to download risk assessments when needed but as the company has grown we needed to be better set for Health and Safety. Jake was so helpful (not pressured) in organising the right package for us at a very reasonable cost and set everything up very quickly. I then received a training session from Marc who very patiently walked me through their system, which is very user friendly. I felt very confident and supported from both Jake and Marc who are just an email or phone call away if I have any questions.

Iv just had a teams meeting with Marc, to help run me through our new health & safety package . Marc certainly knows his stuff & was very clear in explaining how to complete our RAMs correctly. Marc has kindly offered to help out in the future if we get any problems . I know feel confident in working with the system
Had a teams meeting with Marc Taylor this morning, first ever for me and I'm 67 years old. He talked me through everything and explained clearly what I needed to do to sort out my RAMS Documents. Being non computer savvy this turned out to be a new experience for me. Thankyou very much

Got myself in hot water with the HSE and given bad advice by private sector Consultants. I came across HS Direct and spoke with Dan Moore. Wish I'd spoken to him from the beginning. Apart from being extremely friendly, the guy knows his stuff! He knew exactly what I was facing and basically took me through things step by step. I actually felt like he wanted to help which you don't see very often! The system itself is great - literally covers everything you need.
