He is at the end of the phone day and night, simplifies the difficult and unknown, and consistently checks in to ensure we understand everything. He also deals with the many questions that come from one question! Dan himself, is personable, friendly, helpful and an absolute wealth of knowledge and experience! The continual training opportunities within HS Direct have helped our employees and us as a company grow. The portal is easy to use and aimed at being user friendly. Just managed to obtain our SafeContractor accreditation with the help and support from Holly at HS Direct, guided us fully along the application to make the process simple and straight forward, will be asking Holly to assist us next year again, would highly recommend the help when these kind of annual H&S renewals are nearing their expiry date.
