I had a technical issue and received support from Andy Hickman to solve it. He worked through the problem with me patiently and thoroughly until it was completely resolved. He made sure I understood the steps we had taken to fix the issue and also gave me clear instructions of what I needed to do if it happened again in the future. Very pleased with the support I received.

We have been using HS Direct Contractors Management Portal for many years - It works well for us and the customer service is excellent - always just at the end of the phone to deal with our enquiries - Dan Moore our Development Manager is so resourceful and always able to assist or escalated if necessary. I couldn't fault the level of service we receive.
We made an application for SMAS via HS direct. We are very impressed with their service. We had a lady called Amelia help us pull together our application, she was always on hand to answer any questions and supported us throughout.

Waste of time and money! I have been a building contractor for decades and have dealt with many professional HSE companies and HS Direct are woeful! They do not get back to you! They are only proactive when they want you to renew your subscription. Most disappointing.

Ive been using HS Direct for a few years now, with my busy business i find the online portal perfect for any time access especially completing RAMS. I have all my info in one place from my H&S policy to my employees qualifications. If i have any issues there is always someone at the end of the phone to assist and help or talk you through a task. Roger Simpson exceeded my exportations recently with a H&S problem we had. Thanks again team :)
Marc Taylor has help me set up all my health and safety for my tree surgery and grounds maintenance company, I am so impressed how thorough and easy it is to keep track of all the aspects from creating RAMS to keeping an eye on training needs and being able to access all the information quickly.
