I am one of the unlucky ones who is facing a huge interest rate hike when my current mortgage deal comes to an end shortly. Rob actually emailed and texted to firstly remind me that the current deal was going to run out in a few months (which I had forgotten). He then managed to find me a decent rate with an alternative lender despite this being a crazy busy time, with rates being removed by lenders almost daily. This is the second time I have used HQ and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really moved mountains to get me the mortgage in the first place and are truly customer-driven with no hidden fees or own agenda. Great company!

Rob Plaistow helped us remortgage our property and was absolutely excellent again. He then made it very clear that’s what he was there for and to help us understand it all as we go along. And that he did.
