The service has been absolutely brilliant, Jack has been very responsive and always answers calls or texts promptly, has been able to guide us towards the sort of mortgage that we need and went above and beyond helping us with general questions about the house buying process. Vikki has been absolutely fantastic with helping me apply for a mortgage. I was in a shocking situation financially and had a really hard time getting a mortgage. Lots of two-ing and Fro-ing with people I owed money too. Totally over 18 months. Vikki has spurred me on and kept me going even when I felt like giving up! She has been supportive, kind, caring and compassionate. In my lowest times of nearly giving up, Vikki picked me up and gave me the strength and motivation to keep going. When researching brokers, I came across a review of Jack Easton describing him as "The man, the myth, the legend". Intrigued, I engaged with Jack and found that he more than lived up to the monicker. In my experience, Jack has always been available when needed, he's happy to chat through the various mortgage options and is always on the ball, proactively contacting me when cheaper mortgage rates were available from the lender whilst waiting to exchange.
