Rob helped me with the entirety of my mortgage, in brilliant time, too. He replies to any queries that you may have (usually) within the same day, which is handy when you need an answer quickly. He informs you accurately based on your personal and financial circumstances, and can explain things in plain English. I will be contacting HQ mortgage and finance when I next move / sell.
