Cannot recommend Phil Small enough, he has made purchasing our first house stress free, we had no idea what we were doing and he was always at the end of the phone, answering any questions we had, no matter what time a day, couldn't have purchased our home without him. Thank you so much Phil, really appreciated everything you have done for us, and we weren't easy customers I know, you have been amazing.

Kallum has managed a very complicated case. Where there was three of us involved. First bank he went to didn’t meet our requirements e.g how much deposit we could provide. However, second time he took away this information, and according to our needs, he was able to get a much more better option for us. He has introduced us to reputable bank Halifax. Got us really good offers and deals with them, which we did not even expect. I don’t know how he manages to do all this but he has definitely made the impossible, possible. He always gives regular updates and comes back extremely quick. He is the best i came across and he will always be my go to mortgage advisor! I will not stop referring people, as in family and friends to him. As he changes people lives on a different level.

Kallum has been amazing with my case, he has always provided great service. He is exceptionally hard working and a dedicated individual. He is very responsive and actions things very quick, whenever I needed to ask him anything he does not make any delay. He has dealt with my case and gave me good news. Then I referred my parents to him and there case was more complicating than mine, I thought we will get some disappointing result but Kallum always reassured us and make this complex case successful too. I spoke highly about him to my family and referred them to him because I don’t think no one else does his job any better. I can’t thank him enough, he’s an absolute legend and definitely a valuable asset to the company!

I used Rob Plaistow and I can't speak highly enough. I messaged late one evening to say I wanted to buy a house and he gave me a call back there and then to help. Rob is easy to talk to and always available to answer any questions I may have. Will use again in the future.

I have to say how smooth the whole process went, Jack Easton made the experience a relaxed process and eased any worries we had.Jack was at the end of the phone should we had any questions and also accommodated us for unsociable evening calls due to our working hours.
