As first-time buyers, Sadiq Ahadi at HQ Mortgage & Finance , who has been unbelievably helpful, advised us on what was best for us and explained everything in detail, the process, rules, etc. Thanks to his guidance, we managed to secure a mortgage 40% higher than what we expected. As first time buyers with a child we were unsure as to what route we should go down as we needed a new home and such a short time span to put new options into place which was also very stressful however Dan made this actually a enjoyable experience .
