As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend HQ Mortgage and Finance enough. My purchase took longer than expected, but this meant I had the pleasure of being supported by several advisors: James Clark, David Sydenham and, most recently, Jack Easton. When my purchase unexpectedly fell through at the eleventh hour, Jack was immediately on the phone talking me through my mortgage options. When the same property came on the market again, his quick thinking and efficiency meant he was able to secure an even better mortgage product. Jack often works outside of normal office hours and was always contactable, friendly and encouraging. He was ready to work at speed and get things done with little notice - a huge help! In addition, Jack put me in touch with Megan Frost from HQMF who was fantastic in organising buildings and contents insurance ready for date of exchange. My sincere thanks to the whole team. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending to friends.

Am currently applying for a buy to let remortgage with Brian Coles as my current deal is coming to an end and need to change it to a buy to let. Brain Cole’s helped me through the process and told me all the different rates deals and which is best. He goes above and beyond. Always so friendly, responsive, happy to answer questions and puts in the effort to find me a great rate!

We worked with Jack Easton to arrange our recent mortgage. Jack was (and still is) very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made himself available to us outside of normal office hours to ensure that we were kept informed of the process and progression of arranging our products at every step. James Smith has been my mortgage broker for approaching ten years now, and has always given impeccable service. We contacted James as our Buy to Let mortgage will soon be due for renewal and we were concerned about the rising interest rates. James was very friendly, efficient and reassuring and secured us a better rate than we were expecting and we received our offer promptly. As our current fixed rate has not yet ended, we now know our 'worst case rate' but James is keeping an eye on the interest rates to see if he can get us a better deal by the time we need it to start.
