I also did not appreciate that each time you emailed me it Khalid new reference number and I therefore accept that all the all the blame for the delay play at my door. Our original order was cancelled and not by us. When we contacted Hoselock about the order we spoke to a young chap who was very helpful and he sorted out the problem very quickly. Our order arrived very promptly the next day. We were very pleased with the customer service and would use them again.
I recently had a problem with my 16 month old 30m superhoze. I notified Hozelock and in less than 24 hours I was informed by Alfie that a replacement hose was being despatched. In my experience this sort of customer service is a very rare thing these days and I was most impressed. Well done Hozelock.

I was really impressed with 5* service from Sean at Hozelock. My 20m autoreel wasn't recoiling properly causing it to jam. I was able to send him a video of the fault, and even though the autoreel was out of warranty by a couple of months, he was able to get me a replacement in just 2 days. Fantastic! Hozelock equipment has many cheaper mimics, but Hozelock remains the Gold standard for garden products in my view. Thanks!

Our Hozelock Tuffhoze 25 m just over 12 months old has had infrequent light use and sprang a leak . This is a premium product with a 30 year guarantee and so the issue was a disappointment. I cannot speak too highly of the best customer service I have encountered. Initially I was looking for advice to repair one of my two four year old auto reels under the impression that the warranties had expired, but having confirmed they could not be corrected, Genevieve and her colleagues simply replaced the unit with no qualms whatsoever. Not one to ever write a review, but Genevieve deserves Customer Service recognition. We had a problem with our Hozelock Auto Reel 40m. It was just under a year old, and the problem was getting worse. We sent Genevieve images of the problems we were incurring and proof of purchase. She advised us what we needed to do and has arranged a replacement for us. Thank you Genevieve for wonderful service.

My Hozelock Auto Reel became faulty. Emailed customer support. Alfie dealt with the issue very quickly and will receive a replacement auto reel in the next 3 - 5 days. Great service
My 3 year old hose developed a leak at both ends at the tap fitting. I had already tried unscrewing and retightening with no improvement. I contacted customer service by email for advice who asked for photos. Within a few days I received a reply letting me know that a replacement would be on its way in 3 to 5 days. Excellent service. I had a problem with a 15 month old Hozelock faulty spray gun. Genevieve in customer support dealt with it extremely well. Firstly by suggesting a possible solution and, when that did not solve the problem, arranging a replacement free of charge which has arrived and works perfectly.
