My (almost new) telescopic spray head started leaking due to a faulty 'O' ring in the hinge. Part not available as a replacement but after phone calls, email and pictures they agreed to replace the faulty part which duly arrived. A bit of a convoluted process but a great outcome.
Hozelock's customer service department has restored my faith in the brand. My Autoreel stopped retracting and within a few hours of my initial email being responded to a replacement was being shipped out. Olivia was helpful and extremely professional. Great customer experience.

Bought a hozelock expanding hose from screwfix. At first loved it then after 2 uses it burst. Same with second and third !!! Thought maybe faulty batch so went and stupidly got a fourth one. In fairness to screwfix they replaced each one as they could see from our account we only had each one less than a week. Now on number 4 and guess what… . Big burst, but this time the fabric tore then the interior balloon blew and slapped husband on Leg. Severe purple bruising and swollen, it was very bad, a few seconds before I had it in my hand not far from my face. I can’t find complaints section on hozelock website. We were very careful in handling it. Didn’t drag it or catch it on anything. It is either a faulty batch or they are just flimsy and useless as well as dangerous. So this one is going back to screwfix and I won’t be buying another. Will try a different brand. Hozelock if you read this send me your email and I will send the pictures of what happened and my husbands leg ! Hozelock have since contacted me and were very helpful and apologetic. Sent me a new hose. Good customer service. Thank you
Hozelock has different websites in different countries. But only the .com is cocered by their support. Please see the reviews for instance on the Danish and Dutch sites.
Hose started to leak after about 18 months. Contacted customer service who sent a new one under warranty within 24 hours. Three days after reporting the fault had a new hose. Excellent customer service, worth paying more for a product if customer service is at this level. Will definitely be buying more hozelock products in the future.
Purchased a sprayer accessory that should have fit my sprayer but didn't. Emailed company to explain. Sent pictures in my second email and received required parts (at no charge) in the post the next day. Seems my sprayer was an older model, hence part not fitting. Didn't have any luck on the phone line. May have been a short staff day, who knows. Email definitely the best way to make contact. Great customer service.

I contacted the original seller regarding this issue and they informed me that it was out of warranty (12 months) and advised me to contact Hozelock as it has a 5 year manufacturer warranty. I made a call to Hozelock and they said send them the receipt and a video of the issue and they would look into it. I received an email straight away from them apologising and they would send out a replacement. The end of the day, you get what you pay for !
Had a issue with my 40m hose that I have had 2 years where it split in one part and water was leaking out so could not use it. Sent email explaining what the issue was got a reply back that asking for receipt and photos of leak so sent these over and had email back saying will send you a new hose which they did so got this within a week of my issue great customer service and a great hose all a very good service from a good company
Your fittings are hopeless!! I have maintained faith in your products but what a waste of money. The latest? A fitting between the hose-reel and the hose keeps slipping off as soon as the external tap is turned on. My husband has asked me to buy Gardena products from here on. Had a problem with 30m super hose we’re for now reason it just expanded and burst . Took pictures and sent them off . Got back to me within 2 days , and agreed to replace it with a new one , great customer service
I can’t praise Hozelock enough for the excellent service that I received after the auto reel went wrong on my 40m hose. I expected problems as I had lost my receipt but they were so helpful and I received a new one within a week. Extremely friendly with good communication. Many other companies could learn some customer service skills from the team at Hozelock.

A part had broken on my 7 litre sprayer. Searching the web I could not find the item so I emailed Customer Services at Hozlock and within 48 hours they advised me of the part and I have now ordered from Hozelock direct.
Excellent service from Hozelock, and in particular from Genevieve. Our two year old hose failed (was leaking from the actual hose). Very pleased to have been provided with a replacement, despite being unable to find the original receipt. Emails were responded to extremely quickly and professionally. The spring in my retractable hose pipe went and no longer retracted. I contacted hozelock not hoping for much however after a few emails and attempts to fix it I was told they would send it a replacement which was a relief as it wasn't cheap! Very pleased with the customer service on this. Still waiting for the replacement but hoping it will arrive soon!
