My micro sprinkler in the pressure reducing valve. The team resolved the issue by eventually sending a replacement part. However, initally they were reluctant to do so as I no longer had the original reeipt and instead gave me advice of how to possibly sorting out the valve. Eventually they did send a FOC replacement, but delays in getting replies made the whole process very slow, and there was no option to speak to someone.

A common problem with Hozelock Autoreel: no retraction of hose, despite following the usual advice. Like another reviewer, my 3 year item luckily fell within the 5 yr warranty because I'd registered it after purchase. Sean was very helpful throughout this process and after I'd sent purchase evidence plus a photo of the Hozelock, his colleague Alfie sent me a new item. I'm very grateful and impressed with Hozelock Customer Service.

Hozelock replaced my 3 year old 30m auto reel after the main spring snapped. Although the speed of their Email communication is very slow, (10-15 days to respond to my emails), once you accept this timescale it is fine. The hose still worked anyway, it just wouldn't recoil into the housing. They always got back to me with reasonable questions and suggestions, until they finally agreed to send me a new one. I was asked to cut the hosepipe off at the opening and then send Hozelock a photo to prove it. After a few days my new Autoreel arrived. Excellent customer service, but be patient!

I had to return an item under guarantee. The service I received was excellent. Hozelock honoured their guarantee, and replaced the item without making a fuss. I was very impressed, and feel that this level of service justifies the higher price often paid for Hozelock products. I would be happy to choose Hozelock over cheaper brands in the future.

Chloe is a legend, had an issue with my reel and she sent out the part to fix it. Turns out it needed something else so chloe has offered a replacement reel, very kind of her and hozelock and it’s greatly appreciated. Top class Customer service, I can’t remember the last time I said that. Thank you chloe and hozelock. David

My 22 month old autoreel stopped retracting, so I contacted their help desk. They responded within hours with a range of suggestions, which I tried without success. I got back to the helpdesk where they issued me a brand new replacement complete with a 2 year warranty. The item arrived within 3 days! Brilliant service- thank you.

Just to acknowledge the superb service we received from Chloe and others at Hozelock. Our replacement AutoReel has arrived safe and sound yesterday and has now been safely installed. The professionalism of Chloe and the way she handle our initial problem of a broken AutoReel spring, is a credit to her, the customer service team and Hozelock UK. ‘Thank You’ for all your help and guidance in getting the reel replaced. It is very much appreciated.

Genivieve made this rating possible, would have been 5 stars but for Sean, he delt with my issues originally & gave me advice to make sure that the reel was broken, however the next email he sent was to go to hozelock guarantee claims , which took me to zendesk again, but after contacting Genevieve at zendesk she found the my emails from Sean & as sorted everything. 5 stars to her.

I can not speak to highly of the customer service at hoselock. My concern was looked after from the initial contact through to final resolution. Would highly recommend this company.

Just brilliant - Tuffhose failed and Genevieve was brilliant - new hose on the way - even though I would have been happy with a repair. Hozelock - if you can develop a repair kit for Tuffhose that would be most welcome too! Thank you!

Fantastic service. I reported a faulty Hozelock hose and got an immediate response, a simple process to claim a replacement which was agreed and acted upon within a day. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely brilliant service. My 3 year old auto reel started leaking. Sent a video of the issue along with proof of purchase and a new one is on its way. Customer service as it should be.

Had to contact Hozelock due to water filter failing. Chloe was very helpful and the filter was replaced under the three year guarantee. Very impressed with the Customer Service which was quick and efficient. Thanks

Ordered a spare part, it never asked for my shipping address so it was going to go to my billing address, i contacted them and they changed the address for me without hastle. it said 5-10 working days ordered it on a thursday it came on a saturday exceptional service from hozelock] order number #000050003

The handle from my reel was missing. I reported it via email and within a very short space of time my email was responded to. A positive outcome as the missing part is being delivered. Very easy to resolve! Thank you
