Excellent service, my hozelock hose developed a leakI rang Customer Services who confirmed I had a 5 year guarantee, as the hose was less than 5years old, they replaced it immediately. Great service thank you.
So what are we doing wrong? The wretched thing has never worked from day one. The winding wheel is stiff, even my husband can't turn it. The hose gets trapped, and flattens s it goes through the lead into it. Update: Hozelock contacted me via Trustpilot and were really helpful with their advice. I did what they advised and so far so good. I hope it lasts. Must say I was surprised and impressed that Hozelock bothered to respond, it makes a change to get a company who cares these days. Thank you Hozelock.
I bought a wall mounted rewindable reel and hose about three years ago and it is brilliant. It’s so convenient to use and apart from replacing the trigger head it’s been no problem. Previous to purchasing this I had several “X hoses which only lasted a few months.
I've been patching up the inlet assy on my old auto reel for a good number of years now. Replacement o-rings and silicone grease have kept the leaks to a minimum. Well this year, the tines finally gave way and ensured a rather heavy leak, rendering the hosepipe unusable. I know, I'll look online, see if I can buy a replacement inlet. Well, I was pleased to find I could! It was very easy to find, great price and delivered within 2 days. The replacement 'annual service kit' contained exactly the parts I needed and was very easy to fit. Wonderful products, service and after sales care from Hozelock!

I purchased a super hose 2/3years ago, loved it, brilliant hose, unfortunately it burst with the gaurantee period, I am pleased to say the lady I spoke to was more than helpful, as requested I cut off the ends of the hose, sent a photo and within 5 days a new one arrived. In August of this year the same thing happened, I took a photo again this time with a newspaper showing the date of cutting the ends off the hose to show, at my decision, it was the new hose. Charlie was brilliant, polite and very helpful. A replacement was sent immediately. Oh dear, within a month it had sprung a leak, so in this instance I took a photo of the leak and a video of me cutting the ends off whilst showing the front page of the newspaper in confirmation of the date. once again Charlie was brilliant and within 4 days a new hose arrived. Well Done Hozelock, that is proper service, I have had other products from you over the years, all excellent, including my 20 year old Kneeler which is still going strong. Peter G
Great customer service. My hose burst within the warranty time and, once I provided evidence (a photo showing that I had cut the ends off), a replacement was sent to me. This is not the first time I have claimed on the warranty, and each time the service has been brilliant!
My expanding Superhoze burst after just over a year. As I'd bought it at Wilko I couldn't return it to the store so I emailed Hozelock Customer Service. After sending photos of the receipt and the hose with the ends cut off, as requested, they sent a replacement immediately. Excellent service, I just hope the replacement fares better than the original.
Contacted Hoselock for a threaded fitting for a hose reel that must be 25 years old (not available in any DIY store). Sent a photo of the part, had an email back from the extremely helpful Olivia with a link to the correct part. Wonderful service!
Now have a nice collection of water sprinklers that do not work. Every one has broken! Inside mechanism breaks over time. I’m sure they are built to do this to ensure repurchase of another one!
My ‘superhoze’ sprung a leak after less than 3 years, I approached my local B & Q store where it was purchased but as I hadn’t kept the receipt was told they were unable to help. More in hope than expectation of a response I emailed Hozelock directly and was delighted with their swift, courteous and helpful response. On sending photos of the hose, Chloe quickly arranged for a replacement to be send out. Great customer service.
I had to claim on Hozelock guarantee because the hose had developed a leak after 4 years. Hozelock replaced the defective hose. They have restored my faith in the brand. Often guarantee replacements come with lots of disclaimers in the small print, but they have shown with excellent customer service they have confidence in their products. Believe me I will be spreading the word that Hozelock is a brand you can trust! Thank you once again.

Hozelock wall mounted 30m auto reel.complete load of rubbish . Constantly keeps getting tangled inside unit and then you have to unreel fully 30 meters to then hand feed back in for it to retract properly. Not even been used a year and simply not fit for purpose. Have now uninstalled from wall and have fitted into black rubbish bag where it belongs .and after your canned response to negative reviews you choose to pretend to want to respond too just to try and save face. I understand now that your customer service is as bad as your product… your products fail and your customer service is just as useless. Are you having email problems or just choosing to ignore the problem ones.
I have used Hozelock products for years and have always been very satisfied. I recently had a problem with one of me retractable hose reels. I contacted Hozelock for advice and they rectified the problem within two weeks. The staff I was dealing with (Chloe B) was extremely helpful and went out of the way to make sure my problem was solved.

My Hozelock hosepipe developed a leak after 16 months of use. It is guaranteed for 30 years. The company is true to its word. The service I received from Olivia was efficient and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend Hozelock. Very pleased with the company.
