My auto reel hose would not rewind after two and a half years regular usage. I reported my concern to Hozelock and received a prompt reply from Tim who agreed to send a replacement. After a bit of a delay (which was the fault of the carrier) I now have a new hose mounted on my wall thanks to Hozelock’s prompt and efficient service. Full marks for a very competent and professional outcome. Well done Tim.
My Four year old auto reel hose locked up and I was unable to use it. I asked Hozelock where I could get it repaired but without any problems they sent me a complete new replacement. Great service.
Great value for money Ordered some spare parts which i was already impressed with the lower cost than eBay spares I saw advertised. Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday! Nice little touch was a small pack of silicone sealant as part of the spares to finish the mounting brackets off with! Very impressed

I have 2 auto rewind Hozelock reels in my front and back garden. One is 8 or 9 years old and still works well and the other is only 2 1/2 years old and stopped rewinding in late summer. I decided to contact Hozelock for advice on how to wind the hose in again and they replied with several suggestions, none of which worked for me. I was then asked to supply proof of purchase and even though the guarantee was 6 months out of date, they have replaced it for me. This was over and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Hozelock and particularly Olivia who dealt with my query to the end.

I purchased a hose two years ago which developed a fault. After several back and forth messages Hozelock agreed to replace the hose. Since agreeing to replace the hose but haven’t and now aren’t responding to my queries. Aftercare means nothing.
Promised replacement for a guarantee claim not received. Been waiting 19 days now for a 3-4 working day delivery. Very poor. They now don’t respond to emails. 30 year guarantee all well and good if it’s honoured. New hose arrived eventually. No issues with hozelock per se as seems it was a carrier issue.
Tim at hoselock customer services dealt with an issue that was over 12 months past purchase but within the hoselock 5 year guarantee. Without quibble. Responding quickly to emails and resolving the issue by way of speedy replacement.
5 Stars I bought a Hoselock expandable hose, it had a 5 year guarantee, after 2 years it burst, I contacted Hoselock, provided my receipt and a video of the hose malfunctioning, and they replaced the hose no problem at all. Great company with fab customer support.
Hozelock are replacing the spray gun without a receipt free of charge . Summerhill nursery where I bought would not help me and I only bought it 6 months ago

I had a problem with a leaking hose and they have promised to replace it. I await a new hose.
Hoselock 40mtr auto reel isn't worth buying! My experience is that hose kinks easily and it doest fully retract the hose. I have approx 5mtrs of hose left un retracted and even if I fully unwind hose it always falls short of retracting full hose! My advise, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY and buy a manual hose reel and kink free hose.
I have had the Superhoze rupture on me in the space of just under 2 years. They have agreed to replace the 15m one but since the assistant “Tim” seems to be a robot since it repeatedly refuses to answer my question of whether this is a common fault I must score 1 star in the review.
Great customer service. Our Hozelock wouldn’t retract and was still under guarantee. After a couple of emails showing the problem, it was replaced with no problem. Thank you.
Although disappointed that my Hozelock Tuffhoze sprung a leak after only 2 years, the service I received from customer services advisor Tim was excellent. I had failed to keep my receipt, but with no quibble he offered to replace the defective hose. Great customer service.
