Had a problem with Hozelock Auto-Reel 40m that would not reel or unwind correctly. Within 1 hour of contacting customer service via email (Danni) they had arranged for a replacement to be sent out - no fuss. Excellent service - highly recommend 10/10

Have had to contact Hozelock customer service twice recently, once to claim on a warranty and then because of a missing part in a delivery. Both times I was able to get a speedy resolution with no quibbles. Wouldn’t buy any other brand of hose equipment. Very pleased.

My very elderly Father had a problem with the 40m autoreel hozelock pipe. We contacted the extremely polite and professional customer Services Team on Monday and by Wednesday the same week the problem was resolved and replaced. This is why we always by Hozelock products. This is real customer service, a big thank you to Tim Charlie and Ross, you guys should be very proud.
The hose is superb but unfortunately became damaged. As the hose was under guarantee Hozelock sent a new one immediately. Great service.
My Hozelock expandable hosepipe is one of my favourite garden items, lightweight and easily stored away each so when it sprung a leak about one meter from the end nozzle I contacted Hozelock asking if it can be repaired. A very helpful Sean of customer services said that they are not repairable but because it was within their guarantee period he is sending me a replacement. Outstanding after-care support, I am so happy. A great company, living up to their warranties and guarantees- it is the only hose I’d recommend. Thank you
we have a rather old hozelock sprayer(with the green and white logo's on it) and the washer on one part was a bit cream crackered. couldn't find anything to order on the internet... so i emailed hozelock and they bstill have the service parts for them so i ordered it.. we'll wait and fit it once it arrives.. sounding good at the moment...

I contacted Hozelock customer services out of frustration because of my ongoing feud with my AutoReel hose that refused to retract fully. I didn’t know that the reel had a 5 year guarantee. I wrote more out of hope and frustration than with any real expectation. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was promised a replacement - I assumed it would be a replacement part, but instead was sent an entire, new AutoReel which works perfectly. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
From a service point of view the customer team have been excellent. I had to replace a Hose reel twice now as 1st one the auto wider did not function correctly and the replacement hose leaks from the casing. I had to send pictures etc. but on both occasions treated like a human being and products replaced. Let’s hope the third one works😬
My Hozelock Superhose sprang a series of leaks after two years. However I made sure I registered the product after purchase to qualify for the 5 year warranty. Once I had provided proof of purchase and registration etc the hose was replaced without question.
Chloe responded quickly to my broken spray gun issue and replaced once photos submitted. Excellent service and why i buy Hozelock
