I have an old model Hozelock pressure sprayer which needed new ‘O’ ring seals. Sean quickly identified the parts required and gave me a link to order them.

I called Hozelock because i had a problem with my pond pump. Staff really nice and helpful. The problem i had was dealt with by Ross, he was extremely helpful with the issue i had. He dealt with the problem so efficiently! I will definitely use this company again and will advise anyone else i know who has a garden pond….to use them! Thanks again.

Bought a hozelock system two years ago. The day after the guarantee expired the spray gun sprung a leak. I contacted Hozelock and they immediately agreed to replace it. You can’t argue with that! Thanks to Cholie.

Got a warranty claim solved within a day - very pleased with the responsiveness

So I bought the Tuffhoze for my new AVA pressure washer. A lovely looking hose, 18mm wide but unfortunately comes with aqua stops fitted that cannot be removed. All the top brands of pressure washers will state in their user instructions not to use aqua stops or risk damage to your machine. It is all over the web, check it out before buying. Had to return mine sadly. So lightweight too! Hozelock, why not make a Tuffhoze with standard fittings too? Problem solved!

What excellent customer service! Tufflock hoze split a few days before being 12 months old. Contacted the customer service team and they have been super efficient and helpful, sending me a replacement hoze under the guarantee without issue. Responsive to emails, polite and professional - if only every company operated in this manner (Sean in particular needs specific praise-thank you!)

We bought a farden hose over a 12 month ago for some reason we had problem with the water going through this year I rang Hozelock spoke to Sean there was no problem he said he would replace it with no problems he was really nice and mire than helpful we always buy Hozelock accessories for the garden and will continue to do so first class customer service

I have a defective hose gun and contacted Hozelock by email. Within an hour I had confirmation that they had received my enquiry and were looking into it. The issue that I had was resolved within a working week in a professional and polite manner.

Excellent Customer service experience

Excellent customer service. Bought a Tuffhoze three years ago. It is superb in that it doesn't kink or get knotted. Unfortunately the hose attachment on the end no longer retains it's grip on any items. I contacted Hozelock with my guarantee details, sent them a short video and photograph and within 2 hours had agreed to send me a replacement hose. Very impressive service. Thank you

We had a hozelock hose that split after about 18 months. Contacted customer service and spoke to Tim who was brilliant so helpful. As the hose was still under warranty he has arranged for a replacement to be sent straight to our door free of charge.

I bought an autoreel hose via EBay ,I did not realise EBay will only accept returns on faulty goods for 3 months after purchase. The auto reel stopped working approximately 8 months after the purchase date. Hozelock customer service, and in particular Olivia, were fantastic and replaced my hose free of charge. Really good customer service thank you. I will be using Hozelock again!
