My spray gun started to leak, it was only 7 months old so l emailed Hozelock customer services as It was still within the guaranteed period. I just needed to send Hozelock proof of purchase who then sent out a replacement gun. They made the whole process very easy and sent the new gun out very quickly. Fantastic customer service.
Very good service. I was having a problem working out what connector I could use on my outside tap and I got a very clear and helpful description of what I needed to do and the types of connectors I could use.

Needed a replacement Hozelock Easyclear 3000 pond pump under guarantee. Superb immediate response. No quibble. Received replacement within three days.
We had a Hozelock pond pump, which recently began shorting out, I contacted Hozelock, and after a few questions to check if it was an obvious problem, Hozelock arranged for a replacement pump to be sent, this was excellent customer service, as the pump was just outside the normal guarantee period. It is unusual these days to find a company that addresses customers problems so quickly. Definitely would buy Hozelock products again.
I had to contact Hozelock for a spray gun that broke whilst under guarantee. It just took a couple of emails to get a replacement mailed out within a day - their service was first class.
Emailed to say my expandable hosepipe which was still under guarantee had got a leak and received replacement four days later. Service was second to none - very, very good.
Horrific instructions. Even their YouTube video is unclear. The pieces in the box do not even match those on the video. Avoid.

absolutely excellent customer service in thought it would be a battle to get a replacement but completely the opposite Chloe very kindly arranged a replacement in receipt of my email nice to deal with. Company that puts its customers first
Now on my third hose. The first two I bought early to mid summer last year continually failed to automatically reel in the hose. Took them back and the retailer found the same so replaced them each time. This third one we got was late summer and seemed ok but was rarely used. Using it now at Spring time as we get the garden and patios underway and it is doing the same as the previous two, although if one persists with many attempts it does, so far, eventually reel in . Won’t be buying any more of these as clearly there are issues with the springs that make them far too unreliable and frustrating to use. Def would not recommend them. Thanks for your very prompt response. As hose has failed again tonight I have taken two videos of the issue and sent them to your support as requested. Obv if I am doing something wrong I will gladly review accordingly Glad to say issue now resolved. The support team, Ross Cumberlidge great guy, was amazingly fast and very helpful. New hose direct from the production line now on its way so here’s hoping this will be an end to this matter. Many thanks Hozelock and Ross

A spring nut broke after several years of use on my Hose Reel. I could not name the part so emailed Hozelock customer service with a picture of the damaged nut. Within 30mins Tim had responded with the name of the part I needed & with an hour I had ordered it. Excellent customer service Gail
I had a problem with my hose reel leaking from the bottom and phoned Chloe at Hozelock to ask where I could find instructions on how to take the unit apart to see what was wrong with it. Chloe said that taking the unit apart was not something that they recommended and much to my surprise offered to send me a new reel. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Hozelock to anyone.
I had a problem with a Hozelock 30m auto hose not rewinding. After supplying a photo of the product and a scan of the purchase receipt, Tim arranged for the despatch of a replacement - all within two hours of my first email to Hozelock! Excellent service - would definitely recommend and buy again myself.
