Spoke to Chloe of customer services regarding a problem with our Tuffhose and received prompt and helpful service and an immediate replacement.
I purchased a Hozelock spray gun. It had a leak from near where water comes out. Contacted Hozelock on number near product they said Amazon had the guarantee. Rang them but not much luck they wanted me to return it but unfortunately out-of there return time. Said return and reorder. Spoke to Hozelock again they said they don't usually do it but they would send me a replacement which they did. It has arrived today. Thank you.
Contacted Hozelock for help as the reel hose I had brought had managed to snag under itself. Not having the correct tools, I asked for help. Sean simply asked for a picture, description of issue. Once sent, with in a matter of days. I was informed a new one will be sent out. 15-05-24 a new one has arrived. Exceptional service form both Sean and Hozelock.
My auto hose reel developed a problem after 3 years, I’d forgot that it was covered under warranty for 5 years so made contact with Hozelock. After trying various things to rectify the problem unsuccessfully, a brand new item was sent out within a week. Very happy with the service I received from Charlie. Thank you
After 4 years, my expensive Tuff hose developed a leak . Contacted customer services - within 1 week I had a brand new hose ! Awesome service ! I did have to think really hard about spending £50 on a hose but with the 30 year guarantee, it was def worth it !
My bioforce 6000 developed a leak into the VU light housing. I contacted Hozelock customer services under the guarantee and they were excellent and very quick to replace the whole system. No ifs or buts. WE are up and running again in a matter of days. A great system for my pond. Thanks to Tim & the team.
Bought a Hozelock hose with a 5 year guarantee. It has failed after 2 years. Customer service is appalling. The only contact is via email and there is no reply for days. Simply not how a reputable company should act.
Poor quality. Recently bought an Aquastop connector (2 months ago) and it popped off while cleaning my garage roof. The connector then hit my car causing damage to it. I can no longer use this brand, knowing that the connector could pop off at anytime.

Even though I have had my expandable hose for 3 years.There was no quibble about replacing it after it gave up the ghost.
Brought a hozelock hose and had problems with flow rate. Contacted customer services and Chloe was fantastic! Walked me through the steps of what I needed to do and replied to all messages quickly and in a friendly manner. Replacement sent and arrived within a couple of days of being told it was going to be sent out. Great servce!

Had a washer perish on my Hozelock wall mounted hose pipe set, was unable to find one anywhere so contacted Hozelock direct. Ross said he would see if he could find one for me in their stores, Following day I had an email from Chloe who said she would post one to me, It turned up within the week, excellent service.
Excellent level of customer care from the guys at Hozelock - not the fastest but very thorough, and they found the solution I was looking for to connect a pump no longer in production to a water tank outlet made by somebody else! And all for free too!
