I had a problem with my Auto Reel. Reported it on Tuesday got a replacement by Friday morning. Refreshing to see a company with such a top class customer service. Thanks go to Tim on the Hozelock team.

The customer service at Hozelock is awesome. I had a problem with my retractable hose and Sean helped me to fault find what the issue was. Once it was clear what the issue was Sean sent a new hose out to me. I would always recommend Hozelock for their quality products and outstanding customer service :-)

Spray head sprang a leak but was still under the extended 3 year guarantee. Olivia at Hozelock sorted it out for us in under 24 hours. Customer service was outstanding and underlines why I will always choose Hozelock. When things went wrong... they still got it right! Thanks.

I dealt with Olivia who responded very quickly to my emails, and offered great advice and guidance on how to deal with an issue on my auto reel Hozelock product. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be resolved, and despite the product being well out of it's warranty period, I was offered a replacement one completely free, as a good will gesture. This review is not really about the replacement Hozelock, but more about the professional, efficient and most importantly caring way of dealing with a call for help. Well done Hozelock for employing Olivia, she is a great representative of the Hozelock brand. Keep up the good work, and I think that your products are great!!

Missing a part off our recently purchased hose reel and contacted customer services within a day they have organised the replacement part to be sent to me! We have always used Hozelock products and with this service will continue to do so. Special thanks to Alfie. Well done Hozelock.

Excellent customer service. Chloe has been very responsive in resolving an issue I have had with a Tuffhoze life time warranty hose which was faulty and within the warranty period. There was no quibble and no hassle . Exceptional

My experience with Hozelock has been profoundly disappointing, from the quality of the product to the level of customer service received. I purchased a hose which, despite coming with a 5-year warranty, showed signs of poor quality within just a month. When I sought assistance, the company's solution was less than satisfactory, suggesting that I should have purchased a higher-priced model to avoid such issues. Further exacerbating the situation, a request for a replacement for a broken part turned into a request for me to provide video evidence of the issue. This, during adverse weather conditions, for a product that was clearly defective. Such requests are not only unreasonable but also indicative of a company that does not stand by its products or value its customers' time and satisfaction. I have since decided to escalate the issue through my credit card provider and have shared my experiences publicly to inform potential customers of what they might encounter. This experience serves as a reminder of the importance of not only product quality but also of responsive and reasonable customer service, which Hozelock has failed to provide. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages Hozelock to reevaluate their approach to customer satisfaction and product guarantee

Amazing customer service! Had a problem with my auto reel Hozelock, which would not retract automatically or manually. Replacement has arrived and please accept my thanks in dealing with as promptly as you did, it is really refreshing to deal with a company that understands customer service and I will prioritise purchasing Hozelock products in the future.

Tim in customer services was excellent. I had issues with leaking spray guns for my garden hose. I didn't have the original receipt of purchase, but by photoing the serial number he was able to offer a full replacement.

Just brilliant Customer Service from Hozelock , and especially Chloe . I had a auto-reel hose which had an issue, CS was quick and decisive and great outcome . This is such a great model as a consumer business, many could learn from this ! Easy to communicate and hats off to Chloe for quick responses. 5* all round :-)

My hoze split after 5 years. I contacted Hozelok and sent a copy of the receipt plus photo of the problem, as requested. Tim in customer service was absolutely brilliant - he told me a replacement would be sent within 5 days and it arrived within 3 days. Great customer service!!
