My Tuffhoze hose sprang a leak after only 3 years moderate usage. I complained and, after I sent a video of the leak and a proof of purchase, they immediately sent a replacement hose.
Had an issue with an item I received as a gift. Hozelock resolved this quickly, with no issues at all Great customer service from Ross in particular 👍
Bought the 2 in 1 hose a while back. Extremely poor quality hose, keeps kinking and catches on anything in its way, can't pull it around corners, won't retract unless directly in front of reel which does not help if the garden is at an angle to the tap, very stiff rewind control, overall better spending more and getting one that works properly. This one is hard work, next time i'll buy an auto rewind one with angled reel instead from someone else.
Bioforce 28000 filter... An expensive investment. You cannot get spare parts for the area around the handle and the filter becomes leaky after about 3 years due to the large gasket. It can be changed, but afterwards the tightening becomes "tired" and then you are just wide. So don't buy this model. Incidentally, I have had a smaller hozelock model and it was no better.
Had problem with my pond pump under warranty and reply and replacement sent very quickly! Well done Charlie for sorting it out @

I had a pond filter system driven by a Hozelock Aquaforce pump, almost 3 years old but still under guarantee when it began to keep tripping out. I sent a report to Hozelock with serial numbers etc and much to my surprise they sent me a new motor without further ado. Possibly the first time in my (long) life a guarantee was acted upon with no quibbles.
I had a fault on a hose, I contacted Hozelock, they replied the next day, offering advice on the issue, I was able to replace my hose in a few days, Excellent communication and aftercare
Superb customer service. Contacted Hozelock on the 2nd June as the superhose I purchased just over 2 years ago was faulty. Ebony as part of the team replied, couple of further emails sending proof of purchase & video of the fault a new replacement hose was arranged to be sent. Arrived on the 8th June. Under a week to resolve the issue so 5 stars to the customer services team & Ebony who was my point of contact. I do though have to raise concerns of the quality of these hoses only lasting 2 years, I note other customers appear to have similar problems with them, perhaps the Hozelock design team need to look into this.
My Auto Reel hose would not lock (it wasn't new). Went through a few emails with Hozelock customer services who verified it was faulty and confirmed that they would send me a replacement. Very good customer service.
Having been disappointed that the return spring on our Hozelock Auto Reel failed after only a couple of years of normal use I contacted their Customer Services department and was pleasantly surprised when they offered to replace the whole unit without charge - excellent service and much appreciated.

Very poor Service from Customer Services I recently purchased from Homebase a Hose connector and when I fitted it to my new brass Garden tap it started leaking from the top part (the section that screws onto the tap. I replaced the washer with an old one as a temporary measure and the problem was solved immediately. I emailed customer services and asked if they could send me a replacement washer which would cost pennies. I had a response from Ross who said I would have to take the whole part back to Homebase. I am a Pensioner in my seventies on a very limited budget and to have to make an 8 mile round trip for the sake of a washer seems a very poor outcome to me. I emailed Ross again and he did not even bother to reply. UPDATE Hozelock have now replaced the faulty connector which is very much appreciated. Thank You
My expanding hose failed last Monday. I emailed Hozelock and had an immediate reply from Ebony requesting photos and a copy of the receipt. On Thursday I had an email saying a replacement had been authorised and was on its way. What fantastic customer service. Thank you Ebony and Hozelock.
The spray gun was faulty, and I was relieved to see that this happened on the final day of the 12 month guarantee. As my email was sent at the weekend and would be looked at on a date beyond the guarantee I hoped it would still be covered, and it was. I was asked to send a video of the problem and when this was not received, to send photos. It was dealt with immediately and a few days later a new spray gun was received. Excellent!
I had a Hozelock Superhoze that was about 3-years old which burst under normal usage. A 5-year manufacturer's warranty was clearly indicated on the original packaging. On contacting the company and sending them the purchase receipt and a short video showing the burst hose in action, Ebony from Hozelock rapidly resolved the issue by sending me a brand-new Superhoze. They clearly take the quality of their products seriously and honour the 5-year warranty.
Our Auto Reel hose suddenly refused to auto return and we struggled to find the purchase receipt. We did in the end find it and although we couldn’t prove that it broke down within the Warranty period Sean from Hozelock went through the process and sent us a lovely new one! Very impressed.
My garden superhoze suddenly developed a chronic leak- suspect inner tube burst. This was an expensive purchase for me and under 3 years old but unfortunately I could not find the receipt. I contacted Customer Service nonetheless to see if anything could be done. My service agent asked me to supply the serial no from one of the connecting hoses and video evidence of the fault. I received a response later that day confirming the hoze was within the manufacture warranty and a replacement was being sent out to me. I asked if it was possible to expedite this given its summer and I have a large garden to water. Delighted to say the replacement arrived within 3 working days. V impressed with the excellent customer service and the service agent who took ownership of my call from start to finish in a professional proactive manner. I will certainly continue to use Hozelock products and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Hozelock!
