The tuffhoze that I bought just over a year ago developed a leak. Ebony from the customer service team was very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. It arrived quickly

Absolute rubbish, I have had several of these now and they have broken in the first year, I am now trying Gardena, cheaper and better built. Answer to Hozelock. I cannot find receipt. Slightly redeemed, they have sent me a replacement gun, but this does not detract from the fact they do not last a season and at £30 they should! I await to hear from Hozelock.

Had an issue where a Hozelock autoreel stopped reeling the hoze in. We had bought via Amazon 2 years prior and hadn't registered for the guarantee, but the Amazon order had come with a 5 year guarantee. Ross from Hozelock helped us out and got us a replacement without any hassle once he could see it was broken. Very happy with the outcome and will buy from them again!

Emailed Hozelock regarding my Tuffhose which sprang a leak, i had registered the warranty, however, i could not find my proof of purchase. Tim from customer service was very helpful and agreed to replace my Tuffhose. Very good service, i will certainly buy again from this company.

Charlie handled the replacement of a burst extendable hose in a professional and prompt manner. The response made me feel good about buying from the hose with a 5 year guarantee from Hozelock and made it more likely we would buy Hozelock products in the future. Thank you Charlie and Hozelock team.

Assistenza inesistente. I prodotti sono buoni ma se avete bisogno di assistenza o di un pezzo di ricambio incominciano i problemi. Nel mio caso la necessità è quella di trovare un ricambio per un avvolgitubo a cassetta. Dalla sede centrale in Inghilterra rispondono di contattare l'agente locale all'indirizzo internet del sito italiano perché loro non spediscono in Italia. Qui, alla voce contattaci, si apre un form per inviare la mail. Dopo tre mail, una delle quali inviata direttamente all'indirizzo venditeitalia, nessuna risposta. Inoltre il sito internet alla voce ricerca di un rivenditore non funziona. Quindi lasciate ogni speranza in caso di necessità e tanti complimenti a Hozelock per la professionalità.

I bought a Tuffhoze at a garden show. Very impressed with the quality. After 2 years one of the connectors became unreliable. I contacted customer services and Lucy sent me a replacement connector after confirming the specific parts and copy of proof of purchase. Hose back to full working order. I am completely satisfied with the hose and how my issue was dealt with. Thank you Lucy.

Excellent customer service. Very quick response when I reported a fault with my pond pump.After asking a few simple questions they sent out a new pump. I was delighted to find a company who still provide prompt and courteous customer service and who honour their guarantee which is unfortunately rare these days. I cannot recommend Hozelock highly enough.

Response to a warranty claim was quick, clear and user friendly. A 5 year warranty on a product is unusual but after working well for 4 years it failed. The product was replaced after proof by photos but all very simple. Hozelock tend to make the most useable and robust products and I would recommend without hesitation

Bought a hose pipe a year ago, unfortunately burst. Within warranty, hosepipe was replaced without question.
