The procedure for replacing a damaged Hozelock hose was a bit involved but understandable considering the amount of false warranty claims they must receive. Ebony, my contact by mail advisor explained what I needed to do and it was dealt with professionally
Understood the problem and resolved it quickly,very happy with the customer rep who pick my issue up.
After explaining my problem the Customer Service Advisor agreed to provide a replacement for the faulty unit. After providing some more details of purchase, one was sent out and arrived within a few days. It was the least stressful encounter with customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you.
I placed an Order with Hozelock, which, after 8 Working Days had still not been delivered. It continued to check on “My Account” on their Website and the status of the order was always showing “Processing” ??? I complained to Hozelock and they apologised and promised to send me a “Replacement “ without delay. The “Replacement” item was delivered in 3 days!! Was the original lost in the Post? Did they not despatch the item in the first place? Was the Order still in the “Processing” stage? I will never know, but credit to “Angel” in Customer Service who handled my enquiry promptly and efficiently.
Amazing customer service from Hozelock over replacing a broken auto reel hose unit. it was around 3 years old when it failed but I couldn't find the receipt. Even so, Hozelock agreed to replace it and it was delivered two days after they committed to send a new one. A breath of fresh air in terms of customer service! If only other companies could follow Hozelock's example...
Asked for a retractable hosepipe to be replaced under the extended warranty, but did not have the original receipt. Contact staff could not have been more helpful. Asked for a photo of the serial number, then asked me to cut the hose and send a photo. Replacement was supplied within a week or so of the request.
Four-yr old expanding hose sprang a leak. I had the receipt and guarantee details so raised a claim. Heard back very quickly the same day from Ebony in the Customer Service team who arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Parcel duly arrived three days later. First class service! Well done Hozelock and especially Ebony!
My Hozelock Superhoze sprung a leak - as it was still covered by the 5yr guarantee I emailed Hozelock, to which Ebony responded very quickly and after I emailed a copy of my receipt, guarantee registration number and a photo of the hose as it was leaking I received an email stating that a new hose was on its way to me. This was all done within 24 hrs - Excellent service - thank you Ebony, Customer Service Team, Hozelock.
I bought a simple hose reel. So why do I have to insert springs, cut hose, attach connecters? I'm a disabled single woman OAP and absolutely sick of having to make everything before I can use it? Is nothing ever ready to use these days? Why should I give these companies more profit for putting basic items together for them. Won't be buying Hozelock again because of it.
I always use Hozelock products as I am impressed with the brand. I had a problem with my retractable hose and I returned this to the store from where it was purchased ,as per the warranty details, the store were uncooperative so I contacted customer services at Hozelock. My issue was dealt with promptly and with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this brand for the products provided and their customer care
Had a problem with a 30m expanding hose bursting. Got in touch with Hozelock and Ebony, a customer services assistant, was absolutely first class and sorted the issue without fuss and a new hose arrived quickly. Thank you very much.
We have always used Hozelock products and always been very pleased. We had a fault on a retractable hose we bought, but the warranty was dealt with very efficiently by customer service and a new one has been sent out. Very professional and almost no hassle at all. Very impressed, thank you.
Brought a spray gun that only lasted 14 months, went an email to hoselock a couple of photos later and a couple of emails hoselock sent me an even better spray gun that I'd had before fantastic service. Thanks you very much. 😁

I got in touch with hozelock for a query about my hose as it was outside the 12 months where I purchased it. The team from hozelock were great and to my surprise are sending me replacement. Ebony who I communicated with was really helpful. Thankyou hozelock team
Aftercare service is very good. I had to make use of the guarantee and found the process easy to follow and a replacement is being sent out.

Bought a”tufhoze” a few years ago but didn’t keep my receipt. Recently the hose spangle a leak but as I was able to provide them with a serial number they have replaced the hose “foc”
Our hose developed a leak so my husband rang to ask how to fix it. Without any fuss they replaced the hose and were very helpful about how to do this. We now have the new hose. Thank you to Ebony and the team at Hozelock.
