All went exactly as planned

I really cant praise this company enough, they really were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! To summarize my experience step by step - 1. Initial quotation was honest and genuine with none of the usual 'pushy' sales techniques that you find with other companies selling similar products. 2. Price was very good and acceptance of quote was simple. 3. I was constantly updated on the progress of my order and Homesmart were happy to work to an install date that suited me. 4. The install was smooth and the quality of products and workmanship really is second to none. 5. As soon as the installer left I received a phone call from a customer care agent to confirm that I was happy with everything. If more companies could be like HomeSmart the world would be a much better place, I plan to recommend them now to everybody!

Replacement of guttering and cleaning fascia. Arrived on time and finished cleanup by 14:00. Kindly linked a downpipe to my gravity powered watering system. Just the one shower since installation but all looks well.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to a couple of small problems, that were rectified quickly. I was also kept in touch with along the way and informed of everything in advance. The fitters were respectful of the property and cleaned up any mess produced. The composite front door looks great & even better comes with a ten year warranty. Very pleased with the service.

Homesmart Installation did an excellent job of replacing my facsia boards and guttering.

First class service from a professional and friendly team. Excellent quality of materials used and may seem expensive at first but you really do get what you pay for. Would highly recommend this company.

Homesmart undertook a large job for us and were friendly and professional throughout. They had a few delays with supplies which they communicated well with us and were very clean and tidy workers. They completed all the final finish details and we are very happy indeed with the lovely room they have created for us.

Would give a 5 but only because each time someone came to do the next stage it had to be changed as the previous hadn’t got it right. But it was changed accordingly and ended up being cheaper anyway, though not exactly what we wanted. Otherwise it was all done well, good job finished and cleared up well and was completed in 1 day not 2 which was predicted. Happy all round and would recommend their services!

The service was great from start to finish. From getting the quote through to having the work completed. The installers were Lee and Ash and they took pride in their work and were always very polite and accommodating. We would definitely recommend HomeSmart to people in the future.

A professional company with staff that seem to enjoy there job. This is the second time we have used HomeSmart, this time for a new composite door, and with the guidance of Mark and Morwenna our fitter Glenn arrived to fit the door, and what a great fitter he is, someone who takes great pride in his work, many thanks Glenn. This is the 2nd time over a 2 year period that we have employed this firm to undertake improvements to our home. We were very satisfied with the roof insulation work that the did for us in 2019. We are happy to state that the standard of workmanship re the alterations to the property, recently completed, is also of a high standard. In both cases the workmen involved were prompt and extremely professional.

It was a no- brainer to award 5 stars for my recent Roofline Project carried out by HomeSmart and it looks great! New solar roof and side windows on existing conservatory. A difficult job but the team from HomeSmart were both hard working and professional. I would highly recommend them.

When told by the installers they could not finish the work as the foam was contaminated then I got a phone call saying there was a problem with the pump so someone was lying. However the job was completed after the second day and a good job but no compensation or a small refund

Darren and his team did a superb job of digging out my old concrete drive that was over 40 years old, and relaying over 3000 blocks to widen the driveway to allow 2 cars to park side by side, They made an excellent job of tidying up the rest of my garden and I have to say that I and my neighbours are pleased with the result.
