In spite of delays for rain, the men turned up promptly on the revised date.They were polite and helpful and worked nonstop all day.They cleared up when finished and took all their rubbish away with them. You couldn't want a better crew.

Very easy process from start to finish to have a new composite door fitted. Slight delay due to supplier issues but kept informed throughout. Installation team were very prompt and tidy.

The scaffholders did a great job and were courteous to my neighbours. The roofers were amazingly fast and the end result looks fantastic. The company kept us informed every step of the way. Apart from acts of God,I.e the weather everthing went very smoothly, always kept up to date, very happy with the overall quality and finish. The fitters were friendly and cleaned everything in between and at the end.The only evidence was a nice shiny new fascias, soffits and guttering. Highly recommended with a competitive price and will be using again for other future projects.

An excellent customer experience from the start of the process through to the removal of the scaffolding upon the on-time completion of the installation and final payment. Communication started with the initial quotation which was informative with no pressure to buy. At the end of day it was my decision to proceed based on price and quality of the product and service, which I do not regret. This then followed with the appointment of my personal contact point (Mark Allen) he kept my informed through-out my project to replace the Fascia Soffit and Guttering. Once we had agreed on the installation week, the materials were delivered on time, the scaffolding was erected the next day. The polite and friendly team of 2 installers arrived on time the next day and completed the work on time as per the specification. The install run smoothly, my property was left clean and tidy and I am very pleased with the workmanship and an excellent quality product. I highly recommend the professional services of HomeSmart.

I wasn't planning on replacing our old roofline (fascia and gutters) but somehow the Homesmart sales people talked us into it :) Not to say they were pushy, nothing of the sort, but the initial "20 minutes conversation about an offer" turned into a 2 hours sales talk. The work has been excellent from start to finish, and except a couple of initial questions, I could continue doing my work-from-home while they were working outside. Everything was clearly explained, paperwork done, various people calling and emailing to inform us of document and phases of work. I have been quite pleased with the work and service received, I only wished I've asked for a couple more quotes from other people before signing up. At the end of the day I paid around £5,000 for a semi detached 3 bedroom house, which consisted of 2 half days of work (4 hours each day) and a few hundreds pounds worth of materials. I think it was probably worth half that amount, but I can't really fault anyone for agreeing to this, except myself :-) So if you learn anything from this review, ask for a few more quotes, and don't fall for the "this offer is only available today" sales pitch.

Excellent service provided from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly using a model so that we could see just what we were getting. Surveyor came and explained what was to be done. Scaffolders were very professional setting up on what was a very difficult area to cover. Job was completed today by Geoff who was an expert at his job. l am very pleased with the result and would recommend this company to friends and relations.

Workmen were friendly, involved us at all times to make sure that the new patio layout was in line with how we wanted it. Went out of their way to order for us the combination of charcoal borders with white granite paving that we wanted. The old patio was disposed of for us. We now have a great patio! Would recommend.

The whole process from initial explanation of the product, through to ordering, execution and completion of the works was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Our property was left clean and tidy when the work had been completed and we are pleased with the overall result.

We found HomeSmart very communicative, letting us know what was happening and our schedule of work. The installer Geoff was very good and worked all day, as long as fed with coffee. We are very pleased with the final result, the new facia and soffit along with gutters and down pipes look great.

The staff who carried out the work required were very professional, very polite, could not have been more helpful. Gave very good advice where they deemed it helpful. Communication with the office did not always run smoothly, however very good end result.

From the quote to the completion HomeSmart have been amazing. The person who quoted us for the windows and doors really knew their stuff and werent just another salesperson with no knowledge of the glazing trade. The people who fitted our doors and windows were prompt, clean and did an awesome job. Always making good and their works looks stellar. Behind the seens the admin team always kept us in the loop of any changes that occurred ( we had a small supply delay on our door). But were accommodating to work around mine and my husbands schedules. All in all it was a job that needed to be done in the house and we are glad we chose HomeSmart installations complete it, they have done utterly amazing work.

Once we had agreed on a week for the install our individual contact telephoned when they said they would the materials arrived on time and were delivered by a friendly and polite company employee. The installers arrived on time on the day and completed the work as agreed. Would definitely recommend in advance of the competition.
