Have a intermittent problem with a heater, but due to cold weather was reluctant to send back for exchange, meaning we would be cold whilst replacement was delivered. Customer Care are very kindly sending a unit first,enabling us to stay warm. I only wish more companies would take the same attitude. Thankyou very much for your help. Bill Burns

High street TV is the worst worst shopping channel for returning an item what is still under guarantee, I've tried from the 3 of February 2025 to return a tower air fryer, only wonted to replace the draw & basket, but because I'm fully covered they said they would send me a new one out, talking to a woman first, said she would send me an email out, still waiting, not in my spam , nowhere to be found, so phoned the next day, got a man , he said has she sent you a returns label, I said , not that I know, he said he would send me the email, with in 10 minutes, still waiting, phoned later that day after checking all spam ,& emails, still nothing, phoned again ,a woman, said she would get the man to send the email again. It's now Sunday 9 of February, still no response from them in a email or even a returns label. Shocking, absolutely shocking service, but is very good at taking your money. My guarantee runs out on the 14 of February, & I can see what's going to happen. Didn't even want to rate them a 1 star for shocking customers service.

I WAS SENT A FAULTY STEAM MOP. I HAVE RETURNED IT FOR A REFUND. THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT.AS YET HO REFUND. I’M VERY ANGRY AND UPSET.

Easy to order, item arrived when expected and in excellent condition. We both tried the Jet Hawk on different surfaces. FABULOUS. Easy to use and so convenient to be able to just drop the hose in a bucket of water.

very pleased with the product ,its a shame there is no cook book to buy ,for the drew & cole ,when i bought the cooper red one a few yrs ago there was a cook book that came with it ,its very hard to down load the recipes ,

I cannot fault my experience with HIgh Street TV. Product arrived next day and is of good quality given low price. Lots of communication from High Street TV on both product and delivery status.

My SmartAir Boost unit had stopped charging the batteries although it worked when plugged in. I emailed High Street TV to see if they had any suggestions on why this happened. The unit is around 2 years old so probably out of warranty so I was resigned to not getting any further with my enquiry. I even asked if they had a ‘returned’ damaged unit or any spares I could purchase so I could repair my unit which has since stopped completely. After a couple of emails to confirm my unit was purchased via High Street TV, as I had no order number after that amount of time, imagine my surprise, and delight, to receive an email to say a replacement was on the way (arrived today). This was way beyond my expectations for Customer Service and the High Street TV Team deserve nothing but praise for the way my enquiry was handled. As mentioned, I did not expect any replacement or even any spares but they done a darn good job which other Companies should learn from. Thank you, High Street TV, for your Customer Service and quick response to my enquiries. My praise cannot be high enough.
