I’m giving five stars to Anna Marie in customer services. She was on top of the situation 100%, I had a delivery of a faulty, smart air device, and immediately she sorted the problem out, and I had a new one delivered the day after we spoke, thank you so much, as for the smart air booster, it’s not great, it causes a lot of dust and by the time the air gets to the centre of the room, the air is cold. I think I could have made better use of my £50, but thank you again to Anna Marie in Customer Services … just brilliant.

I ordered a part for jet hawk on 7th of Feb I phoned up today to see were my delivery was they checked says it went missing in transit sothey said we will send another on got to wait another 5 days not reliable
