Purchased a lawn barber absolutely rubbish first time turned on smoke and burnt smell came from battery compartment. Only used for 12 mins I have returned product. Also cheap plastic not sturdy at all.

Bought a Tupperware bread saver (large) and having tried it out with the actual bread, I can confirm that bread stays fresh for around 14 days - it may be more but my loaf lasted 2 weeks. It really is as good as they say in the ad so would fully recommend it.
Bought lawn barber. Very light and handy. Assembled and charged it carefully. It edged less than a metre of lawn then died. I cannot get it to go again. Awaiting collection and replacement. It's a long and trying business. Hope when I finally get another it will be more satisfactory!

The order pocess was very easy, followed by a swift delivery. I had an issue with the product received which the High Street TV team resolved quickly.
Had a great experience with the customer service, particularly Anna. Items ordered & delivered very quickly. Due to reasons at my end, I incorrectly believed the items were undelivered. Contacted customer service (Anna) & received swift responses to each of my emails. (bear in mind, the items were delivered & I believed they were not) I was quite dissatisfied with the situation & Anna was very helpful. My position was that the items were not delivered & Anna assured me they were. At this point I believed fraud was happening & stated as much n my emails to Anna. Anna remained professional, polite & helpful (even though I was irate). Eventually, the mistake (100% my fault) was realised & I fully accept responsibility for the issue. I cannot thank Anna, for her help & support, enough. Remaining professional & courteous even when the tone of my emails were agitated. (I also wish to thank Agata & Geoff). I wish to sincerely apologise to Anna (and Agata & Geoff) for the position I took in relation to this. Also, wish to express my gratitude and embarrassment fort he whole situation. I wrote a negative review a few months ago about the replacement plastic blades for their strimmer, the strimmer itself is great but the blades just continued to break for no reason, hence the review. Today, all this time later i received an e mail from Michael at Customer services stating they were sorry to hear of my disappointment with the blades and they recommend using the flower guard to prevent the blades from hitting a solid object which would cause the blade to break, Well Michael, just a little information for you, firstly, the flower guard is ALWAYS in position and never removed, secondly there were NO solid objects for the blades to hit and thirdly and the most important of all, i was strimming the GRASS yet the blades still broke !!!!
I ordered a Floating Mop on ‘Next Day Delivery’ and paid the extra. The mop did not arrive from Evri on the ‘next day’ as requested and has never arrived, some ten days later!! I was forced to cancel the order and got it ‘next day’, at no cost, from Amazon!!
