Buying the Combination Microwave and Air Fryer made by Drew&Cole I go to the Checkout and the promised extra discount code "MICRO10" is not accepted. So I cancelled the purchase. If this site is dodgy with it's discount codes then you wonder what else might be going on!!

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!!!! Be warned, everything might be cheap and that’s great but they will send faulty / damaged items and IGNORE you for a refund! They pretend to organise collections / refunds and then ignore you!!!!!! Bought the lawn buddy, used once and smelt of burning and wouldn’t recharge. They offered free replacement to which I said no as what’s the point if it breaks after one use also I don’t believe it’s safe and could injure someone with the burning smell. Since then they’ve ’arranged evri to collect’ not once has it happened, they won’t give a refund. Only keen to keep money!!!!!!

The Magic Bullet works a treat, it's well built and easy to use. It arrived exactly when they said it would, and the communication was excellent throughout. Very happy.

**I have to update after talking to a wonderful chap called Geoff, and we came to an agreement. Credit to High Street TV. I would suggest they need to work on thier very short worded Customer Service e-mail team, but Geoff thankfully sorted this out for me. I bought the Jet Hawk Power Washer, however the item was faulty, so I retuned and provided tracking information and was refunded without a quibble, will buy from High Street TV again, excellent customer service.

Purchased a rowing machine through argos which unbeknown to me came from high street tv dpd messaged me saying delivery will be today waiting in waiting then get a message saying delivery was made to neighbour at number 2 funny why didn't they knock on my door number 9, as it's next door to mine, numbers are funny in my block, checked picture of delivery not my neighbour, all our doors are green with green door frame, the picture had a white door frame and I have no idea where the hell it is, contacted argos to cancel item good luck finding it

Prompt delivery, Product as described and demonstrated. However, the 5 foot hose supplied was made from a cheap PVC was too small a bore to fit the connectors. I had to drill out the ends of the pipe to 8mm diameter and even then could only connect by forcing with pliers. Otherwise a great product.

Purchased a yawn inflatable bed. Reported it as faulty and requested refund. I was fobbed off by yourselves to amazon who assure me the refund is your responsibility as defined by contract of sale. I will be forced to take legal advice if necessary? Regards Alan Claridge

I have had very good customer service from this company - The Nutrabullit I ordered took a lot longer than expected but this was due to Evri not delivering it- As soon as I got in touch with Highstreet.com within a few day the item was with me - unfortunately my mistake I should have bought a bigger one - but no problem I got a QR code to return on that day and are now awaiting the new nutrabullit in the post - Well done all

Purchased the Midea Bladeless Fan and although it is a big piece of kit it really is a great fan - and, at the sale price offered by High Street TV it's well worth it. Would really recommend this bladeless fan if you have room for it. The remote control is so convenient as well.

High Street Tv was unable to send me my order as it was damaged. I had to order something else for my granddaughter’s birthday and now I had to pay more for next day delivery. I pointed this out to customer services and they refunded my postage immediately
