shocking experience ..found package in the road ..opened /damaged/Not del to the clearly stated location/adress. High st not coming back to me to fulfill their obligations Zero help from customer service ...does it exist ? just take my money !.

I bought an air fryer through them. It was faulty. There was no return label included and the packing slip was also missing. They couldn't arrange for a return until the following week. Once that was collected they said they would refund me and it'd take 3-5 working days. No refund appeared. When I chased it up I was told that due to a 'system error' (code for "we never put it through in the first place"!) the refund had failed and that I'd now need to wait for it again. Totally unacceptable. I will not use them again and would advise others to proceed with caution

I needed a replacement resistance bungee cord for a MaxiGlider 360 I bought last year and everything online said the manufacturer didn't sell spares. I spoke to a High St TV advisor (got to a person in just a couple of minutes!) and, after taking my personal details, he found my order, arranged for the delivery of a replacement and told me it was free of charge as my purchase was (just) less than 12 months ago. It was delivered the next day. Terrific service, it didn't take him more than 2 minutes, and a great relief I didn't have £200 of machine i couldn't use taking up space! You just can't ask for better.

My aunt bought me the Air boost for my sons room and it is actually am amazing wee device heats the room up great, unfortunately it broke but I contacted high street tv, They could have chased me as it wasn’t me who purchased it and my aunt passed away in may. They replaced it for a brand new machine no questions asked and no hassle whatsoever. What a pleasure to deal with this company.The service was first class so thank you very much guys.

After watching the TV adverts for the Jet Hawk I decided to purchase the item. I am very disappointed with the product , the advert is very misleading on pressure. It shows somebody cleaning roof eves but mine will not even reach the roof. I will not purchase anything else as I will not trust the adverts now . I would like to return it for a refund but it's now had water through it. I have watched the advert again and tried my purchase, I don't know how the advert is staged but my Jet Hawk doesn't perform like the advert. Mine is also extremely noisy. Definitely not worth the money , advert is very misleading so I will not trust these again. Not very happy at all. After talking to High Street TV they have been very helpful , I can't give 5 stars as the product did not match the advert but it may have just been a poor unit but the help after this has been very good.

I found the lady I ordered my item from very helpful. She advised me to order an additional battery which happened to be on special offer that day and I am glad I took her advice which means I do not have to wait for battery to charge ,but can continue on with spare battery. She had a nice pleasent attitude on the phone.

5 minute chef arrived within 7 days without any recipe book and the product is much smaller than anticipated and leaks oil from rear when just cooking a piece of chicken. Could I suggest the actual cooking plates (top & bottom) need to be deeper to contain cooking fluids and oils.

quick to debit my bank account /slow to dispatch the goods ordered. I ordered the Cleverchef on the Sunday,a couple of days later the payment was debited from my account. I sent an email to enquire the progress of the delivery the following Sunday & received a reply on the Monday,it was delivered on the Tuesday.The previous review from another customer regarding their delivery in 9 days like mine shows their is a problem somewhere with your dispatch & distribution dept.You state 3to 5 days.I even received the satisfaction survey before I received the Chef.As far as I am concerned this is the end of the matter.I have got the goods which I am more than satisfied with &this problem has been brought to your attention.DK

Great item and honest prompt help I was given by them when I contacted them regarding my items not arriving which they had sent on time, they didn't make excuses and indeed apologised for the delivery company's miss management and issued a replacement which arrived the very next day so 10/10 +for highstreet shop and thanks dpd for prompt delivery and to customers avoid evri delivery like a plague.
