I was disappointed when my order arrived with bits missing, and when I phone costumer service I was told I have to wait three to seven days for the missing bits not good enough.

Bought jet hawk tried for 1st time other day absolutely rubbish crapp supposed to be more powerful than a standard hose pipe not at all it's rubbish you spend more time making sure the pipe and filter doesn't come out of the bucket the problem is it's not really powerful and have to keep messing around with the hose and filter to keep it in a bucket really not as good as shown on tv I don't know how to reply to your message on here so put on review it's not worth the money tbh been sat in all day waiting for this to be collected I was told on phone that the courier would collect on 10th Sept sent return label to stick on front but no courier to collect it waisted all my day waiting please arrange for this to be collected so can get refund been on phone today and got literally no where fobbed off saying can't arrange for it to be picked up today after keeping me waiting all day yesterday high street tv customer service is absolutely shocking I want to get this sent bk for refund but just getting messed around please please people think twice b4 using high street tv it's absolutely disgusting service

This is the best gadget I've ever been persuaded to buy. So far only made omelettes but they are so delicious. Looking forward to trying more recipes from the downloaded cook book.

The delivery was missing an item. Contacted customer services and missing item will be redelivered.

Delivery was really quick and the parcel was well packaged along with the material to fit behind the radiators which I haven't used yet as not had time. I have marked it as four because the screws that are fitted underneath do not fit my radiator so I have had to buy new ones. I did email High Street TV and advise them of this but did not wish to return it. The instructions were not great either. I had to look on High Street TV for them. It does work really well as I used something else to balance it and comes on automatically when the radiators are on. The reason for purchase is because I have single glazed windows and only a log burner and one radiator in the front room.

I was very impressed with the service and product. I had inadvertently order 2 products instead of 1 but you noticed and asked me if I had made a mistake. You then quickly refunded the cost of the second order. many thanks

Jet hawk on highsteet tv is advertised at £59...which includes a supposed £10 discount and you pay for postage...exactly the same model is £45 on Amazon with no postage...

I bought a cyclone air bike. Right foot rest did not fit so I e mailed them and was told e replacement foot rest would be sent. Then a second e mail telling me they do not have the spare part. I could exchange or have 10% off. The thought of setting up another was daunting, so I decided to keep it. I have given 3 stars due to this problem. However I must say I love the bike and the lack of right foot rest is not a problem. I am disappointed regarding customer service due to no spare part. One would expect more from this company.

I tell you, the Lawn Barber they sent is rubbish/ faulty, there's more power in a par of scissors cutting hair!! The customer service is AWFUL, they stop replying back to any emails & won't send any labels to return item back, if you don't have a printer or can't get the box to a store. So if you want to lose money then order from these guys!! Yes this review was written early this morning, I have since had a reply about booking in a return & sending labels :) I will add another review once the item is returned & I receive a refund...Received email advising a refund, checked & have been refunded thanks.
