I received the jet hawk bought through amazon I tried it out and thought it wasn't for me as I live in an apartment and would have to be up and down stairs to fill buckets as it used a full bucket in a few seconds

Ordered the Power XL Vortex Pro Cooker 9.5L air fryer because we wanted to get a larger one but when it arrived found that the cooking area matched exactly to our 5.7L Power XL air fryer. Contacted customer service to ask how they could be the same size but one apparently has 3.8L more capacity. Was told by customer services that I would be contacted by the technical team but never heard from them. So I returned the air fryer and left a review asking the same question of how the cooking areas have the same dimensions but are marketed as different sizes/capacities but the review is not visible on their website, in fact no review lower than 3 stars is visible on their website which is dishonest. 6 weeks since I left my review I had a response from HighStreet Tv apologising for my confusion over the sizes but with still no explanation on how they can claim that two airfryers with the exact same dimensions can have 3.8L difference in capacity. This is dishonest marketing and terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.

I tried to find out if/ when an item would be back in stock. They answered very quickly and when I had a problem ordering, they again responded swiftly to help me with a link directly to the item I wanted. Many thanks

I am stunned, I contacted High street requesting about an inner pot as there was no stock. I was asked for my address. Next I received an email advising of my new multicooker has been despatched. Wow. Wow. Excellent service from Brent. This company is a winner for me. Thank you Brent.

High Street TV have gone the extra mile in providing excellent customer service in response to my constant complaining about the charger/battery performance of the Lawn Barber product. They have replaced items on no less than 3 times with civility and good grace. The Lawn Barber is essentially a very good product.

Delivery within the 3-5 days quoted when I ordered. Evri kept me informed of when they received the order then again when it was sent out for delivery. I've never had problems with either company High Street tv or Evri.

I've been waiting for my parcel which was meant to be delivered last week. Chased up customer services on premium rate who were unsympathetic, said the couriers we use are a separate entity and to take it up with them.

I've enjoyed using my king pro pressure cooker for many years. I recently broke the valve and contacted customer service. They replaced it immediately. Excellent service.

Excellent products at a great price. Bought one for myself and one to put away for my mum for Christmas as she loves omelettes and at 82 years old, this will be easier and safer than trusting her with a frying pan ! Speedy delivery. Well wrapped Highly recommended

Having bought 4 Smart Air radiator fans last November and found them to be a fantastic purchase, we were so disappointed to find that 11 months later they wouldn't switch on, a call to customer services and within 15mins we had a free to return form, as soon as the fans were registered in the system and the tracking number forwarded to customer services, 4 replacement fans were despatched which arrived 24hrs later, all sorted in 48hrs, absolutely top customer services, no hesitation in giving 5 stars, I would give more if it was possible!

I queried about a spare part which I needed for my pressure king Pro 5L, WoW! The customer service is definitely A* I spoke to Ben he then arranged to send the part free if charge, I received the part within 2 days, excellent customer service thank you for your support.

Brilliant shopping channel . Arrived very quickly . Unfortunately the miracle smile flosser was not good for me Very difficult to insert different attachments . Hurts my teeth not as good as my previous dental water pic. It was a good size not too big . Very disappointed with the quality .

The company has many great product that most people wants at resemble prices that fits everyone pockets. What I like about High Street products is you can get extra insurance for what you buy and it gives me piece of mind knowing if it breaks down I can get a replacement.
